In a lawless city like Ketterdam, it’s easy to slip through the cracks if you don’t make a name for yourself among the Barrel bosses. Those who don’t immediately stand out are discarded, only to become memories of the past. But even those hiding in the shadows or swept aside by gang warfare can have an impact on the inner workings of the city. Our thirteenth heist aims to illuminate these Minor Characters and their successes or failures on the streets.
