Can you share your experiences in shifting? (I been trying to shift for years..)

YES OFC!!!

i've been shifting for almost a decade and a half (i know, i'm old...). started with my minecraft dr when i was 6 years old. at the time, i didn't rly know what i was doing. i js knew that i'd focus really hard for a long time (which i now know as meditation), then go to sleep and wake up there. i still shift there! i've now been to well over 50 realities, both intentionally and unintentionally (sometimes i like to shake shit up and shift to random places). a lot of "original idea" realities, animes, a couple books and movies, etc.

i still don't have it down perfectly, and oftentimes struggle to get where i want to go, so i wouldn't rly consider myself a "master" shifter, but i'm really proud of the time and effort i've put into the skill!

So there are these things called... dreams. And if this is happening to you during waking hours, please seek professional help. You are obviously very young and probably quite sheltered. But this kind of thing is either just you dreaming or disassociating so hard you're loosing base with reality.

there's no need to be so condescending, especially about another person's spiritual practices. shifting is a spiritual practice that has existed much longer than people think! try considering basic decency and respect for others before speaking <3 have a nice day!

and, for the record, i'm not very young or quite sheltered. i am an adult and homeowner, lmfao.

Hi, luv! Hearing bout you experience in shifting made me think that I should take it more easily 😮‍💨 but still, I feel like I need some advice, will u please share a few?

ofc, i love giving advice :3

first of all, i think people take shifting way too seriously. it's not this big woo-woo thing that needs elaborate rituals. it can very well be as easy as saying "i'm already in my dr" and boom, ur there. anything extra is just personal preference, not a necessity. my favorite shifts have happened entirely spontaneously with zero planning and zero prep.

secondly, y'all gotta remember that you are alr in ur dr. u have always been in ur dr. u always will be in ur dr. every reality exists simultaneously. time is not a linear thing, it's a multidimensional plane u can travel thru in any direction. the past, present, and future as u know it are all happening in the exact same moment. the only reason u don't have access to everything that's ever happened in all of time is because as humans, we are usually only consciously aware of one instance of ourselves at any given time. shifting as a practice is just learning to control what particular instance ur aware of.

thirdly, there is nothing stopping anyone from shifting. it's a purely psychological and deeply individual practice. the only thing that could ever keep u "stuck" in any given reality is urself.

basically, let go. of everything. of ur doubts, of ur self-imposed rules, of societal expectations, of ur own conscious awareness. let go of everything and evaluate what's REALLY u.
