Every morning Chohee had a bit of the same routine. She would get up and get herself ready for the gym. When the weather was nice she would go for a run, but it was Winter now and she rather not freeze her butt off so gym it was. Before she would leave for the gym she walks her dogs, feed her pets, give them love before heading out. 

After she was done with her work-out routine and freshened up---- she can’t go to the coffee shop smelling sweaty that would be very inappropriate-- she would head to the coffeeshop that was near the gym to get herself a well deserved cup of coffee.

She was quite the regular so she knew most of the faces that worked there. Though today she saw a new face. The young man gave her such a bright smile that she couldn’t help but to return it. 

“Hi, can I have a large Americano with vanilla syrup, please?”

After being away all day, getting all the groceries she needed for the week Chohee could finally go home and relax. Se couldn’t wait to put her feet up and not move for some time. Maybe watch a movie or read a book. Just some quality time to unwind and relieve some stress of her busy schedules. 

It was quite the struggle for her carrying around all these groceries. She wouldn’t have so much trouble if she didn’t need to get her dogs a big bag of food. That was the heaviest of them all. Going home with it wasn’t much of a problem since she had her car so no big deal. Just carrying it to the elevator was in fact quite a struggle. 

She could see someone walk into the elevator just as she walked around the corner; hands full. She tried to walk a bit faster as she didn’t dare to run in fear she might trip and fall spilling all her groceries on the floor.

“Excuse me! Please wait for me!”

The female chuckled softly as she heard a familiar voice behind her and turned around. “Minyoung! I’m so happy to see you! When did you move in here? Why didn’t you tell me?! Do you need any help with carrying boxes or something?” She was pleased to see such a lovely friend as Minyoung being one of her neighbors.

They met when she was visiting Minyoung aunt’s cafe/ flower shop one day. She loves the herb teas they serve and she always found the place to be a great one to unwind at.

Mickey scratched his tattooed neck while walking down the hall toward the front, hoping to himself that this wouldn’t a awkward exchange.. but what do you actually say other than ‘well hi neighbor here’s some free pie.’? Given, he didn’t have any pie, or a gift for that matter- should he make something? He stopped midwalk to considerably ponder his choices just as the receptionist desk came into view. “Hm…” Well, suppose it was too late now, with him being already out here and having no desire to turn back. With a light shrug he approached the desk, spotting movement out of the corner of his right eye where the elevator was located;”Yes ma’am, did you check in someone? .. Uh.. a woman, .. I think?” The receptionist turned to another approaching figure while continuing to engage with Mickey, likely inquiring about why before she gestured to the Chohee. Turning, he offered a smile.

“Oh, you must be the ONLY other person in the new apartment complex yea?” He took a step back and bowed politely, “Lee Mickey imnida. I work here part time, and you are?” Mickey to the average person was a little intimidating, he had a almost completely covered neck of tattoos, 3 faces, each with a hollowed out expression, his nose was pierced, a septum dangling between his nostrils and a left brow piercing that accented his arched brow.”Hey um..” Mickey’s almond shaped eyes glanced off to the side in shame;”I didn’t bring you anything to commemorate your welcome, I can grab you something from the buffet they serve here yea?”

It felt a little weird and can she say creepy to be in this huge building with so many vacant rooms still. At least she wasn’t the ONLY one here. That would most likely have creeped her out even more. As she turned the corner to the reception desk she noticed a guy standing in  front of it already. Was that her neighbor or was it a new person checking in? She didn’t want to intrude in case that was the case and let the receptionist do her job first. She noticed the receptionist gesturing her way after a moment and then it clicked. It must have been her neighbor having the same idea as her; asking about where the room of the only other person in the building was. She chuckled softly to herself before offering him a bright smile back. 

She blinked at him for a moment. She was a little take aback by his appearance. His covered neck full of tattoos gave him the look of some criminal, but looks an be deceiving and it didn’t scare her off or anything. She wasn’t someone to judge. Actually--- he looked really cool. She bowed politely in return after snapping out of her thoughts. “Hi! I’m Chohee. It’s really nice to meet you.” She has been taken notice of his tattoos, but only now realized he also had some cool piercings. She wondered if that one in his nose hurt. Sometimes she had the most random thoughts. Her smile softened and she shook her head lightly. “Don’t worry! It’s okay. I think it’s very nice of you that you actually thought about getting me something. You can grab me something from the buffet though!” She nodded a few times with a grin. 

“It’s crazy how we are the only ones in here right now, right?” 

It almost felt as if the world was abandoned and they were the only ones left. Like in that one movie 28 weeks later.

Mickey knew someone else moved into the hotel but bedamned if he recalled what floor or room. Having not went to work, might as well make a friend since it was pretty quiet in his room. So, he got dressed in something casual and went to the reception desk to ask about the mystery woman.

Chohee had a whole day to herself. All this free time, but what should she do today? 

“What should I go do today? Should I go out or stay inside my room all day long?” She asked in a sing song voice to her pets. She knew they had no answers for her, but quite frankly that never stopped her from talking to her pets. 

She could perhaps have a lazy day at home. Though she did hear about another tenant living inside the building and she would really like to meet said person. She liked making new friends and wasn’t it a good thing to meet some people whom live in the same building. She nodded to herself. She had no idea where he lived though. 

“I have to ask the reception desk. I’ll be right back!” 

She put on her shoes and headed straight for the elevators.

( 🌺 ) - Sunyoung felt very touched by the male’s offer and she nodded a few times. “That– That would be really great. I appreciate it” It was just that she really missed being one as F(x). First Jinri left the group– and now perhaps there will never be a F(x) anymore. She was happy to do solo activities, but she loved them all together even more. She let out a soft sigh as she sat down on a bench before glancing at him next to her. “Tell me, how have you been doing? Anything exciting going on?” She asked so she could take her mind off of things. She didn’t want to bring down the mood completely either since she was overall a positive person who loved to smile.

( ♚ ) ─ “Then I am not going anywhere, I’m staying here with you” He showed her a bright smile, he didn’t know why she seemed so sad or worried, or maybe both at the same time but he would try everything to cheer her up. Playfully he ruffled her hair and sat down on the bench, right beside her. “Nothing exciting going on at the moment. We are having our deserved rest after an European tour!” He nodded before speaking again. “I’m doing well, eating enough and sleeping enough.” He eyesmiled, though, he was lying. Eating was not a problem for him but due to the week he had in Europe, his sleeping schedule was still a mess. “what about you? how are you doing?”

Yah, you~.” She playfully poked his side as sort of an punishment for messing up her hair. “Oh my Europe! That must have been so much fun, but so tiring. It’s good you’re taking some well deserved rest!” She nodded as she listened to him talk. “Are you sure you’re getting enough rest? You still look tired or is something bothering you or something?” You can lose sleep over a lot of things after all. “Me? I’m doing pretty good. I have my own show for my fans where I show them about beauty products, healthy foods  and exercises they can do and stuff. Which is fun to do! I will also be in a musical soon so I’m excited! I really miss performing with my girls though. I don’t really see it happening any time soon and it kinda makes me sad..”

               “Great! this was your idea and now we’re stuck in this suck fest.” She pouted and groaned. Going to Amusement parks weren’t her thing, especially rides with horror themes that always had that one horrifying looking clown. Sakura never trusted clowns, she didn’t even trust her own hair dryer.

However she wasn’t that much of a hero when it came to horror scenarios, but dragged her friend along with her by the arm anyway. “If one of those clowns come we will just hit him on the head or something.” She gulped as she looked around the park. Maybe this wasn’t her best idea. They were here now so no turning back! “Let’s go find something fun to ride!”
