PART 1 COMING SOON! (If you would like to be tagged please respond under this post :])
It's been a LONG time since I have written on this page, and recently with the show coming to an end, my queer indecisive ass has been going down a Robin Buckley, Eddie Munson rabbit hole.
That being said I think you know where I'm going with this... I would like to announce my return to Tumblr, and begin writing a fanfic for both.
And with that being said. I have already planned for my Eddie Munson fic, so it will most likey be a bit before I get started on Robin's.
summary: after the reader comes back from a bit of late night partying with some friends, she gets into an argument
hopper x adopted daughter [i don’t do the romantic hopper x reader stuff though, sorry \:]
you open the door as quietly as possible peeping your head in and around for any sign of hopper or your sister, jane, or el, as she prefers. once noticing that the coast is clear, you open the the door and slip inside, trying to close the door as quietly as possible again, scrunching your nose when as the rest of it creaks shut.
after closing it you let out a breath of relief assuming that your dad, hopper, finally gave up in waiting for you to get back and just went to sleep. you locked the door and took off your boots walking into the kitchen for a glass of water. you're stumbling of course due to the heavy drinking you did at the party with your friends.
you reach into the cupboard for a glass before filling it with water from the sink when you hear a light switch flip on behind you.
“heard there was a noise complaint, from mrs. ottensburg. y'know over on cunningham.” hopper states, “big group of kids partying, drinking, blasting music next door.” you quickly sober up as you hear him pull out a chair and sit down at the table.
“you wouldn't know anything about that, right?” he asks. as you try to form words in your mouth you hear his shuffling and then a lighter.
“uhm-”
“i thought we agreed on no more partying.” hopper says sighing. “who said i was there?” you ask boldly turning around.
“oh cut the bullshit y/n, you're gonna tell me that you weren't out the partying with the same kids you walk to school with, coming home drunk, smelling like alcohol?” he says clearly raising his voice.
“okay, i'm not drunk-”
“oh yeah sure. want me to make you walk in a line?” he asks.
“fuck you.” you say clearly pissed. “i’m 17 hopper.”
“i don't care, 17 is not grown y/n. how did you even get home anyway?” you freeze, with your lips spread apart slightly, thinking of what to say.
he furrows his brows, sighing. “please tell me you didn't walk home at 2 in the morning alone..”
‘well at least he cares.’
“well, how’d you get home then?” he asks “uh.”
“go on.” fuck you were about to get grounded for life for the next words that came out of your mouth.
“i got a ride home..” you say nervously. “from?” he asks curiously.
“ryder and his friends.” you say brushing a strand of hair behind your ear and crossing your arms across your chest.
“RYDER?-” he asks yelling before quickly shutting himself up. “i swear to god i warned that kid.. that's it. i'm gonna kill him.” hopper says.
“you what?” you ask practically breaking your neck to turn and look at him. “hopper did you threaten him?!” you ask walking closer.
“don't turn this around on me, what you think you can get out of this conversation easily?” he asks standing up from his seat.
“y/n you've gone overboard this time,” he says as you sit down in the chair across from where he was, “how do you think your dad would feel about this?” he asks.
“don't hopper. you know how i feel when you bring him into this stuff.” you warn.
ever since your dad died on the police team, the only reason hopper took you in was because he made him a promise. they were best friends, and he knew that you didn’t have anyone left.
“y/n.” he says “you know i try my best to look after you.”
“yeah i know.”
“well then you should know it doesn't help when you go out and do these things and then come home early in the morning.”
“well i'm a teenager hopper, i don't know what you expect.” you say with tears in your eyes not looking at him.
“y/n. i just want you safe.” he says leaning on the table. he looks over to you noticing that you're not budging.
“look, i love you kiddo, i wanna protect you, and i want you to have a normal teenage experience but i want you safe to-” he's cut off by you wrapping your arms around him, hugging him tighter than ever. he smiles at the sight, wrapping his arms around you back.
“i'm sorry.” you mumble against his chest. “it's okay, just be more careful.” he says as he kisses the top of your head.
“you're not actually gonna kill ryder.. right?” you ask.
summary: you're always at an argument with your friends about the hometown hit, billy hargrove. you're always telling them how much of a heart-breaker he is, which they always disagree to. one day when you run into to him, you end up talking and you're quickly head-over-heals for the boy.
i'm not a big hargrove or harrington person but if you have a request please suggest :)
“you wanna be banned for life lard ass?” the kid quickly shakes his head no with fear clearly shown in his face.
“didn't think so.” billy says as he blows his whistle as everyone resumes to what they were doing before hand. he makes his way to the lifeguard bench mumbling to the ladies sitting on the sidelines.
“god he's so dreamy.” tina said. you roll your eyes, “oh my gosh, not this again.”
“oh come on y/n, he has the body of a god. who else do you know at our school that has a six pack!?” she rambles.
“god, tina look. i'm just not buying his charming bullshit.”
“well you should. just look at him.” tina argues pointing over to the boy in the chair. you lift your sunglasses looking to glace over at him.
“yeah, sure he's okay tina.” you say sarcastically with a sigh putting the glasses back over your eyes, tina groans in frustration noticing your friend heather walk by.
“heather!” tina says calling the girl over. “can you please tell y/n that she's clearly blind and has no taste in men.” your jaw drops as you sit up and pull your glasses off.
“okay, just because i don't believe hargrove's fake ass act does not mean that my taste in men is shitty tina.” you say stunned by what came out of her mouth.
“y/n are you serious. come on he has the body of-”
“body of a god yeah, yeah, yeah” you speak cutting heather off, “look he's okay looking but this little act he has going on isn't fooling me.”
“you're so lucky you get to work with him.” tina says looking at heather.

“y/s/n [your sister’s name] stay in the pool, i'll be right back i gotta get some tow-” you bump into someone accidentally making them drop their water bottle.
“i'm sorry, i got that.” you say bending down and picking up the water bottle, finally turning your head to see
“thanks.” he says with a grin across his face clearly eyeing you.
hargrove.
“yeah of course.” you say with a smile, “where you headed angel?” he asks eyes locked on you.
angel? was billy hargrove flirting with you?
“uhm, just to go get some towels”
“mhm..” he mutters biting his whistle checking you out bottom to top.
whaaaatt the hell is happening??
“well if it helps i'll keep an eye on y/s/n for you” he says dropping the whistle from his mouth.
“yeah, i- uhm okay.” you stutter walking past him.
okay what the hell just happened? what was that?
you gather yourself and finally walk back out with towels, and of course it just now hit you that you decided to sit only slightly a few inches away from the lifeguard post. great.
“thought you would never come back.” billy said from the chair. “i was only gone for like not even 2 minutes.” you said setting down the towels.
“you know you look pretty good in that bathing suit.” he smiles climbing down.
“thanks.” you say turning around to meet his eye.
“you know i've been noticing you around here a lot.”
“well you work here, you should know by now its a popular pool, especially in summer.” you say.
“cocky.” he chuckles out. “well when it comes to the town's biggest gossip, what he wants, tends to stand out.” you say with your arms crossed, ego getting bigger as you step closer.
he looks to his right and lets out a breathy laugh, you turn to see what he was looking at, only to find women looking at you of all ages, to teenagers from your school, to mothers of children.
“yeah, clearly she does.” he says with a smirk, making your head turn quickly to look back at him, once realizing how close you are, you take a step back.
“let me take you out on a date.” he offers, “yeah no, all these other little girls might buy your charming act, but that doesn't mean i do.”
“i'm a little hurt that you'd believe those rumors.”
“i'm not gonna be your little girl experiment that you'd take out once, bang, and then throw in a ditch billy, i know better than that.” you argue sitting down on the beach chair.
“okay look, i promise you i'm not like that okay. just let me take you out on one date, please.”
you were surprised he was pleading, you'd never heard of him doing this with anyone else. maybe they were all rumors, or maybe you were right and it's just his charming act, but there was something in his eyes, he wasn't just asking to mess with you, it looked like he really wanted this, which surprised you since you two had never talked before.
“okay. saturday, 6 o'clock.” you smile, “i pick you up?”
“yeah why not.”

“so um, whats this rumor about you and billy talking at the pool?” heather asks.
“who said it was a rumor?” you question. tina gasps, “wait did billy actually talk to you?”
“yeah, and we're actually going on a date.”
“bullshit.” heather and tina say in unison, “i thought you weren't into him.” heather said.
“well, there was something in his eyes when he asked me.”
“oh god i could get lost in his eyes forever” tina says with a sigh.
