Hiii my mom gave me an olea europaea bonsai and my dad, without knowing about the first bonsai, gave me a ficus (ginseng) bonsai. I've a lot of fat plants and a dionea so I've plants but I've never had a bonsai before, so I don't know what I should I behave with them. I read something on google. my room is situated in the basement, I've a big french window but there isn't a lot of sun light that comes in, above all because it's winter (lol). can you give me any advices?
Hi,
Your bonsai tree needs lots of light, and must not get too warm, if it is near any heat sources then it might get too dry and die. I would keep it in a cool room where is can get light and make sure you water it every day
It is repotting season for bonsai!

Hello I have some question and would like to know if you can direct me to help. I want to start the hobby and see if I like it. I have a smallish room and I don't want to spend a fortune any help or direction? Also I don't have a good window.
I would recommend the Chinese elm or the ficus bonsai,
I would visit our website, herons.co.uk, we have a section on there dedicated to beginners,
