Jack was unaware that there was danger, though the only threat he would have worried about was fire. He huffed as he was finally released after they were hidden, and the grumpy male turned to the stranger. “Of course I was okay, but did you really have to yank me by my hoodie? I could have moved by… wait, you were able to touch me,” he muttered with wide eyes, a part of him almost giddy that another person could see and interact with him.

The moment seemed to take a turn as the snow haired male seemed surprised when it registered that the blue haired male had been able to touch him.

It wasn’t a rare occasion for Scuttle Town to be under attack, but it appeared that the wrath of Risky Boots and her Tinkbats were raining down hard, once again causing flames to dance against the buildings and streets.

Shantae had already raced off into the midst of it all in order to fight off the dreaded lady pirate, the others who could stand a chance against the strange creatures and fight away the flames on Main Street stayed behind.

Bolo, noticing someone had been in the range of one of the attacks, acted without thinking and got a hold of the snowy haired male, ignoring the tingle of ice that leaked from his hoodie to his glove.

Pulling him backwards, they both ended up in the alleyway behind them, the others shout to be let go going answered by a cannon ball smacking hard into the ground and leaving a dent.

“Are you okay? You don’t look like you got burnt.”
