Hello world and all who inhabit it! (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*.✧ How are you all? So, I know I'm taking a while with my next drawing and I'm sorry. It turns out that at university (well, I've already started classes, although I haven't really seen any because the professors haven't bothered to show up) they've given me two particularly long reports that I have to hand in between tomorrow and the day after. I finished the first one last night, but I still have the other one to do, which I started this morning. :V
The point is, I haven't had much time to draw. Yesterday I was able to make a little progress because I started drawing while I was doing my laundry. XD But after that, I've just been doing homework, and then I get tired at night, so…
While I wait, I decided to share some of my old drawings with you all! (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*.✧ I haven't shown them to almost anyone, but now that I have Tumblr, well, I might as well take advantage. Keep in mind that these drawings are from a few years ago, so I'm sorry for any mistakes or if they look bad. Especially the first two, which are traditional. I haven't drawn traditionally in years, so I don't know how my skills are now, but these are from when I didn't even have a drawing app on my phone.
So, I don't usually do fan art (I mean, outside of Trolls, I guess. But those are more like, my versions of the characters, so I don't know how close to fan art you could say they are), but I've had my moments. I made these drawings to commemorate the three times I've played and finished a Shantae game. (・∀・).
The first drawing is from the first time I played and finished the original game; you can tell because the proportions are based on its Game Boy Color appearance. The second drawing is from when I finished Shantae: Risky's Revenge (I think that was the name), and the third, the digital one, is from when I finished the original Shantae game again, but almost 100%.
And I say "almost" because I'm missing one dance and four stupid little squids, but whatever. At least I got all the fireflies and the health-regenerating dance, plus all the combat equipment, so there you go.
Anyway, I hope you like my old drawings. XD Obviously they're in chronological order, with the digital drawing being from last year, back when I was still using a different brush. The other two, as you'll notice from the dates, are even older. It almost seems like an eternity has passed since then, but at the same time, it hasn't been that long. Or so I think.
