I just had nice crying session in the bathroom. I took a really close look at my body and it made me realize a lot of things. For example how like I'll probably always be a fucking fat chud if I don't lock in because yes I starve myself for days but then I overeat again like an absolute pig I am. Then I go throw it all up but it's always too late and the calories are still stuck on my body which basically means it solved nothing and I just feel even more like shit and my whole mouth and throat and even nostrils burn from all the gastric acid. And in the end I realize that I have absolutely no control over my body because I've never been taught discipline and because I am a chronic procrastinator and I always say I'll do it next week I swear I just wish j could have control over my cravings and desires and that I wouldn't be lazy and out of energy and actually go out and walk my steps or work out(which I'm kinda ashamed to do for some reason, I think it's because I fear I'll be judged or teased by my parents because when I try to do it they always say "awhhh little piggy finally decided to do some sports? Just wait until you finish and I'll see you devour everything") fuck everything fuck everyone, especially my parents they're so toxic probably without even realizing. Whenever anyone that is skinnier is in the visual range of my dad he never misses the chance to compare every little detail of my body to theirs or make a joke that he thinks it's funny but actually hurts. And my mom isn't much better, she constantly needs to remind me how skinny she is compared to me(as if she wasn't a fucking obese woman but now she's remotely skinny cuz she cut her stomach off in some Turkish hospital like omfg PMO cuz she's faking working hard for her physique, that is still ugly, and she's acting like she's never been fat like oh ok go complain about me eating and having a belly or stretch marks but if my skin looked like yours I wouldn't have the confidence to say anything) she's so toxic I can't even. It also always makes me want to cut myself as punishment for being uncontrollable but Im trying to stop doing that because I made a promise to someone and it's someone who matters a lot to me which makes me not want to break it at any costs.

Yeah so in conclusion no matter how toxic my motivation is I can't control/behave myself from eating like a chud and I can't get myself to workout at all
