My Personal Workout Plan I did some research, put together a workout plan specifically for my body. Made this for myself so I can easily access everything, instead of scrolling through favs, have a trillion tabs open. I put this together according to my own BMI, so this is all for my body type. I even looked up all these workouts, found the youtube for it to know just what I’m doing. ^_^ Just sharing, so feel free to play with it, use it as a template, whatever. :*

Cardio Warm up, graduating from easy to moderate intensity - 5 min Exert at maximum effort and speed - 45 seconds Recover - 90 seconds Repeat steps 2 and 3 ten times Cool down 3 - 5 min Stretch - 5 min *after 3 weeks, increase the duration of the maximum effort interval to 1 minute and increase your recovery time to 2 minutes.

**Perform the moves circuit style with no rest between exersizes. After you’re done all the exersizes once, rest 2 minutes. Perform the entire curcuit 3 times, resting two minutes between each circuit. A headcanon that Bulma always is the first person to know whenever Vegeta achieves a new form.
He knows he wouldn't have come so far without her, so Bulma deserves to see it first. It's a small gesture but it is Vegeta's way of showing his gratitude for her. He did it with SSJ, SSJ God..
..and especially SSJ Blue when he was reminded of someone upon seeing the color of his hair. He immediately runs home, burst the window open shouting woman I've got something for you, and Bulma comes out grumbling(thinking he probably blew up the Gravity Room again and it's been less than a week she's gonna crack that thick skull herself-) only to see Vegeta with a huge smile, the genuine one that only she is allowed to see, then her stupid saiyan husband points at his hair which is now blue: the same color as her own and their children's, and as she looks into his softened eyes(unlike his usually sharp ones) and gets pulled into a crushing hug(also very unlike the stoic saiyan prince) Bulma is reminded again why she married this crazy gremlin.

I had a dream about these aliens hovering over my house, classic disc like ships, they "scanned" our windows/buildings, we were so scared but when it was over, we realized they gave us the gift of sight... it was sort of like how we know augmented reality, but we saw things that were always there, but also we were able to see things like what was in our phones, directly in our vision... it was so kool

Not really an ask but I just wanna say. I may not know you at all but I've read some of your asks I just wanna say that Im sorry that you went through the things you went through and for all those mean anons. I hope you find peace, love and forgiveness. Surround yourself with those who love you and make peace and forgive the ones whom did harm for they do not know better and they are lost themselves. After getting such awesome feedback from my Sports Anime Workout Routine, I decided to make another one - this time, inspired by the kickass magical girls of the anime world!
Just like before, you don’t need ANY equipment for this routine! No gym membership required - you don’t even have to leave your room or put on real-people pants. (Bless.) If you’re more advanced and want to bump it up a little, add some 5-15 lb. weights on some of the moves, but otherwise, all you need is your body!
Here’s how it works: Queue up all of these songs, whether it’s in iTunes, YouTube, SoundCloud, or another music player of your choice. Hit “Play.” Your goal is to get through all of the designated exercises before the song is over. If you don’t make it, replay the song until you’re done! Then move on to the next one. Try to rest as little as possible between each exercise (and each song!) for the best results.
If you’re struggling and want to give up, keep pushing. It’s when you want to quit that the magic starts to happen. Believe in yourself and your own abilities. True power comes from within, after all!
