I keep seeing so many posts about fans being disappointed in CNCO and how tour has gone so far. From how late the show starts, to the length of the set list and to whether they spend time hanging out after or not.
I think it’s so important to remember that we’re still in a pandemic and the covid rates vary from state to state. As well as cities and venues having different guidelines and city curfews in place. It’s a club tour and so many events at clubs don’t start until late — it’s just typical club rules. I know they initially said that they’d spend time hanging out and having drinks with fans after shows and stuff, and they haven’t done that for all of them, but at the end of the day we’re not entitled to their time. I know some fans have met them prior to the shows by waiting at their hotels and some of us have been lucky enough to catch them by their bus afterwards. I think above all, we should just be thankful that they’re even touring to begin with. So many artists are canceling tours, which is understandable. The guys put on an incredible show and their energy on stage and interaction with the crowd made everything so much more fun. It’s 300% worth going to the show.
I know someone previously said that their set list is really short, only 6 songs, but their set list for Boston was really long. So I’m not sure if they either added songs because they realized how short the set was or what.
Again, I understand the frustration from the fandom, but for what it’s worth, I think it’s fully worth the $50. I hope that the rest of you who are going have a great experience and I hope it lives up to your expectations!
