I usually respond to asks as soon as I see them, but please understand if I take a few days to answer.
Some asks may go unanswered but it is very unlikely. It will most likely be because I am not sure how to respond or cannot imagine the dynamic you suggest.
I can discuss headcanons, ships, my opinions on certain characters, anything! I'm also a fanfiction writer, so I'm also open to writing short drabbles about Hetalia. This includes fluff, angst, smut, basically anything. Please be a bit specific in any headcanons ask. Instead of asking 'headcanons about [character]?' ask 'headcanons about [character] in a [blank] AU?' or 'soft and fluffy headcanons if you were dating [character]?' Anything like that would be good, as long as I have a little bit to work with!
The easiest characters for me to work with would be America, England, Russia, France, Germany, Canada, and Estonia. You can send asks about other characters too, these are just my favorites!

I think he likes it but he would lie and say he doesn't. I don't think he'd really care about historical accuracy, he'd just wanna watch for the romance and drama. But if you accused him of that he'd get super offended

Hmm🤔 I never thought about this but yes I agree. I also think America is very tan because he goes out a lot in the summer so it would be very easy to use that excuse

I'm the bottom France shipper and I honestly think that if some ships are canon, Himaruya is gonna drop something random, like Italy being top or Sweden being bottom (+ bottom France). Ofc, this is your blog, these are just my opinions

For NedPort, I'm neutral on it...I dont really like Netherlands and Portugal is just kind of there so I don't have a concrete opinion lol.. maybe you can convince me to like it

I am prioritizing this ask because I am hyperfixated on spain rn LOL
-He is a verrryyy romantic person so he would definitely make all these grand gestures. Like for example, for your birthday, he would throw a surprise party with an absurd amount of gifts and kiss you a bunch. He probably would never leave you alone on special days like these (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays...)
-He wouldn't have a definite love language because he loves all kinds of love. But he definitely likes physical touch a lot. He's very touchy and would have his hands on you at all times. Not always in a sexual way (but that too, of course)! He would just like holding your hand and touching your face and making sure you feel comfortable.
-He would love bringing you on dates constantly. To a fancy restaurant, the beach, a cozy cafe... anything! He'd be quite spontaneous with it too. He'll just randomly be like 'Let's go on a date now!' halfway through the day.
-He wouldn't care what you look like. Your physical appearance wouldn't matter to him, as long as you are truly devoted and love him. He takes that kinda stuff pretty seriously. He would love you even at your lowest. He wouldn't be too great at comforting, though, he would just hold you close and tell you everything will be okay. It's the thought that counts, really.
-One negative thing about him would be he's quite clueless. He wouldn't even realize he was flirting with another person. Say you go out on a date with him and he excessively compliments the waitress. He wouldn't even realize how bad it looks for him, he just thinks he's being nice. When you get upset about it and ask him why he did that, he would be shocked and not really understand why you're sad at first. But once you explain, he'll be sad with you and be so comforting. He'll try really hard to make you feel better and promise he'll never do such things again! He'll probably make you your favorite food and drink and make you feel wanted. Even if he doesn't promise to be better, however, he's... kind of an idiot. You'll really need to teach him what he does is wrong. He doesn't have bad intentions he's just foolish.
-At night, he hogs the entire blanket and snores. It's very obnoxious. But he'll be holding you close throughout all of it, so despite it's annoyingness, it's endearing in a way. In the morning, he'll tell you all about his dreams. If they were about you, he'll be so excited telling them to you and saying it's proof that you're soulmates. If it was a nightmare, he would curl into you and have you comfort him. He really isn't that scared of his nightmares, he just uses it as an excuse for you to comfort and stroke his hair. You are fully aware of this, but you give in to it because it's cute.
-He would get upset if you called him "Spain" or "Antonio," because you guys are more personal than that! It should be "Toni," or whatever pet name you decide to give him. He feels like the other two options are too formal and distant. Additionally, he'll always call you by a pet name/nickname as well.
-Overall, he's just very clingy and loving. He might be a bit possessive at times, but it's just because he wants to protect you. He couldn't bear to see you get hurt. He also gets jealous pretty easily so beware of that. But if you express your worries or concerns, he would listen and try to change things. Even if he struggles.

Well I think they're all pretty weirded out by it.... but by now they're definitely used to it. This guy has probably been doing this for centuries. They just think he's crazy. America would straight up say that he's a weirdo but France and Canada would be more tame about it. France would still think he's a weirdo but Canada would be like "heh well everyone has their quirks 😊" but he's only saying that because he wants England to like him. Other people would also obviously think this is very weird but they'd also just think he's on drugs or something
do you think any of the nations would have body mods? (e.g. piercings, tattoos, maybe other things)
also, if you've thought abt this before; do you think being basically probably immortal would have effected the healing process or something like how well a tattoo ages?
I don't really have any ideas about tattoos but I think a lot of characters would have piercings... but I also think that the way that they heal would stop them from getting literal holes in their bodies. I think the piercings would be rejected pretty immediately and they'd probably have to wear fake ones. I think England and America are the two who would definitely have these.. also Prussia tbh. I'd like to imagine they can get real piercings but it wouldn't really align with my viewing of how they heal. I don't think I really have any thoughts on tattoos I just think they might fade quickly maybe...
