Anyway, on to his personality and interests!
2P!Austria / Roland Edelstein
he’s very narcissist but in a charming way and he’s flamboyant, animated, a bit feminine and he prides himself on being the definition of royalty.
He talks in an overly flowery manner, using words such as glorious, tedious, grandiose, impeccable, perchance, exuberant, ostentatious, etc
He uses a lot of petnames, such as sugar, darling, duchess, princess, sweetheart etc
He thinks of himself as graceful and always moves in a confident sashay / is prone to that sparkle-sparkle background such as a certain 1P Frenchman
@ask-2p-austria was a great inspiration and I’m still kinda bummed that I wasn’t on tumblr when that blog was active
If you call him Grell I will personally slice your hands off you fucking weeaboo
His favorite colors are black and red, so he usually dresses in gothic aristocrat clothing. More details on what he wears can be found here
in modern AUs, he often wears band t-shirts and skinny jeans / is dressed like a rocker in general
He has a ‘hero obsession’ somewhat similar to 1P America, but more of in a ‘knightly’ way, and not precisely because he loves saving damsels but because he thinks it makes himself even more stunning and breathtaking
He’s a major sadist who deserves to be kinkshamed into hell
He’s often very blunt and creative about speaking his sadistic thoughts
He’s the type of person who’d be told “Go to hell” and would reply with something like, “But I’m already the ruler of that place.”

He honestly loves 2P Prussia with all his heart and calls him his very best friend. He’s always dragging him around and protecting him, calling himself “Gilen’s Prince”. He’s always encouraging Gilen to speak up more and showing him off to others. Roland’s God-complex mixes well with Gilen’s timid shyness and they bring out the best in each other.
He doesn’t give two shits about 2P Italy tbh, just as long as “that little brat doesn’t taint my name.”
He’s very interested in black magic, witchcraft, voodoo, astrology, fortune-telling, psychics, sorcery, tarot- and palm- reading. He gets along well with 1P England because of this. 2P Austria is sometimes portrayed as a necromancer or a ghost whisperer. He probably has great experience with phantom hunting, poltergeists, spirit summoning and seances.
He has a library full of paranormal books and Ouija boards
His glasses serve a purpose, unlike his 1P’s. He created them himself; when he puts them on, it makes a barrier between him and the spirit world. He basically shuts out ghosts when he doesn’t want to see them by putting on the spectacles.
Don’t piss him off, or else his ghosts will get you
He’s like a magnet for spiritual energy and he claims that death angels flock to him and that he can tame demons
He likes the taste of blood
However, “Keeping it classy” would be a good motto for him.
Unlike his 1P, he’s not interested in classical music. Instead, he prefers good ole’ rock and heavy metal. Some of his favorite bands are AC/DC, Guns ‘N Roses, Kiss, The Misfits, Rolling Stones, Metallica, etc
He enjoys scaring people, whether it be with his magic tricks, ghost-seeing abilities, or playing rock music in his 1P’s house
his guilty pleasures include American Horror Story, Supernatural, and the Walking Dead
Despite being rather ego-centric, he can be charismatic and is good at cheering people up.
He’s actually very nice, sweet, and generous to the people he likes.
Let’s just say that the people he doesn’t like get a special place in the underworld thanks to him.
