Now I have a little bit of brain fog lol. So my punishment for forgetting is having a harder time remembering anything for however long my brain decides. (Hypothyroidism likes to tag team PCOS from time to time)

But I was able to get so much writing and drawing done in spite of it so yippeee for that!!!

When I was a child I got all dressed up to go to a field trip to the state park with all my friends. I will never forget how excited I was to go. I even wore my Dora the explorer bucket hat. I was told just before we were about to leave that I wasn’t allowed to go because my lunch account was in the negative and they were going to take my field trip money to help pay it off. I begged to go but they refused in the end and I had to sit in the hallway crying while I did schoolwork instead. I was 7 years old. 7. They robbed a little girl of a childhood experience in exchange for 10 dollars in an envelope. They made a 7 year old child haggle and beg to get to have fun with her classmates because she committed the crime of eating at school. They made a 7 year old girl feel worthless and embarrassed over 10 dollars. They lied and told a 7 year old child that they’d already talked to her parents about this. Said they agreed to it. so she never brought it up when she got home.

Fuck I forgot all about this. A memory so repressed it snapped me out of my brain for lmfao!!
