From Zero Clients to Reinvention: Lessons From a Difficult but Defining Year
At Hexagon IT Solutions, we didn’t start with a pipeline, brand recognition, or a proven growth playbook. We started with nothing—no clients, no traction—just belief, long nights, and the determination to build something meaningful.
Most Deals Don’t Die from Lack of Interest.
Here’s the part of sales nobody talks about:
Your prospect didn’t ghost you. Their memory did.
Human recall drops fast:
20 minutes after a meeting → half is forgotten
1 hour later → details blur
6 hours later → almost everything is gone
So the pain they admitted? The inefficiencies costing them real money? The urgency they felt on the call? 👉 Their brain deletes it to make room for the next fire drill.
And then we send follow-ups like: “Just checking in… attaching the proposal.”
The problem? They barely remember the conversation you’re referencing.
The fix is simple:
Rebuild the context in every follow-up.
Remind them of:
→ The problem they described → The impact it’s having → The urgency they felt → The next steps you agreed on
Short. Specific. Scannable.
Because the real skill in modern sales isn’t just persuasion — it’s memory management.
If they forget the problem, they forget the urgency. If they forget the urgency, they forget you.
Be the one who makes the important things unforgettable.
Most CRMs force you to adapt to their system.
Every business runs differently—your workflows, approvals, sales cycles, and customer touchpoints are unique. That’s why Arches CRM is built to be fully customizable, giving you a platform that fits the way you already work.
Whether you’re a small business, a growing team, or an entrepreneur scaling fast, Arches CRM lets you:
✔ Customize pipelines and stages ✔ Automate repetitive tasks ✔ Build dashboards that reflect your priorities ✔ Integrate the tools you already use ✔ Streamline sales and move deals forward
When your CRM matches your business, everything becomes easier—closing deals, managing teams, and delivering consistent results.
If you’re ready for a CRM that works for you, not against you, let’s talk.

Still sending the same email twice? Still reminding your team to follow up? With Arches CRM, automation handles it all — follow-ups, sequences, and communication tasks — automatically triggered by your pipeline activity.
When a deal moves forward, the next steps are created instantly. When a lead replies, follow-ups pause intelligently. When a deadline approaches, reminders go out automatically.
You don’t need more hands — you need smarter automation. #InnovateWithHexagon

Cloud computing
Cloud computing - On-demand Technology
Cloud computing is a form of computing mainly internet based, where shared resources, data and information are provided with computers and other devices when in demand.
It is a good example in which on-demand access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources are enabled.
On-Demand Computing:
Cloud computing is also popularly referred to as 'on-demand computing'. Cloud computing is related to the broader concept of converged infrastructure and shared services.
Cloud computing is a theoretical account in which convenient, on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources are enabled so that they can be rapidly provisioned and released by the use of less amount of management effort.
Usage:
Cloud computing and storage solutions provide various opportunities to store and swear out their data in data centers for users and enterprises.
It functions mainly on the sharing of resources to achieve coherence and economies of scale, similar to a utility over a net.
Advocates claim that cloud computing makes it easy for the enterprises to bring their applications up and running in
lesser amount of time, with better manageability,
minimum maintenance issues,
enables IT to make quicker adjustments in terms of resources to meet the changing and
unpredictable business demand.
Advocates also claim that cloud computing provides companies with opportunities to avoid upfront infrastructure costs and to lay focus on tasks that enhance their businesses instead of on infrastructure.
"Pay as you go" Model
Cloud providers typically utilize a "pay as you go" model. If the administrators are not able to accommodate to the cloud pricing model it may lead to unexpectedly high charges.
The present high-capacity network availability, computers and storage devices which are well within price range as well as the acceptance of hardware virtualization, architecture which is mainly service-oriented, and autonomic and utility computing have led to the rise in cloud computing.
Companies can scale up as computing demands increase and as the demand tends to decrease they will scale down.
Business Friendly
Cloud computing has in recent times grown up to be a service of high demand or utility due to the advantages which are present in high computing power, services with less costs, execution at a higher level and accessibility.
Fitfalls of Cloud Computing
Anyhow, being in a state of infancy, it definitely has some pitfalls which need to be given proper attention to provide growth to the user friendly nature of cloud computing.
There are privacy concerns regarding cloud computing because the service provider can access the information that is in the cloud at any time.
Accidentally or intentionally alterations in data may occur.
Many cloud providers enjoy the freedom of sharing data with third parties if necessary for legal issues even without a guarantee.
Terms & Conditions
Privacy policies have the permission in which users have come to an agreement before they start using cloud services.
The solution to issues regarding privacy includes policy and legislation as well as end users' choices for how data is stacked away.
Users can have their information encrypted that are treated or stored inside the cloud to avoid unauthorized access.
Android App Development
What is Android?
Android is an operating system (OS) for smart phones currently developed by Google which is based on the Linux core.
It is designed primarily for touch screen mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets. Android's user interface is mainly founded on direct manipulation, where pinch gestures are used that loosely correspond to real-world actions like swiping, tapping and pinching, to manipulate on-screen objects, along with a virtual keyboard for text input. Not only for touch screen devices, Google has also developed Android TV for televisions.
Android for Everything:
Android Auto for cars and Android Wear for wrist watches have also been introduced in the market all having a specialized user interface.
Varieties of Android features are now used also on notebooks, game consoles, digital cameras, and other electronic devices.
Since the year 2013, Android has been the best seller on tablets and on smart phones thereby establishing the largest installed base of all operating systems of any kind.
Android to Google:
Initially developed by Android which was bought in 2005 by Google, Android was unveiled in 2007, along with the introduction of the Open Handset Alliance which refers to a pool of hardware, software, and telecommunication companies which dealt with promoting open standards for mobile devices.
Always +:
As of July 2013, the Google Play store has accepted over one million Android applications which were published, and over 50 billion applications which were downloaded.
A survey of mobile application developers in May 2013 found that 70% of developers are involved in creating applications for Android. A survey in 2015 found that 40% of the professional developers look forward to Android as their priority target platform, which can be compared to Apple's iOS on 37% with both platforms far above others.
At Google in the year 2014, the company released the stats that there were more than a billion monthly Android users who were active, up from 538 million in June of 2013.
Android Open Source:
Android is developed in secret by Google until the latest modifications and updates are ready to be issued, at which point the source code is made available publicly. This source code will simply work without change on select devices, usually the Nexus series of twists. The source code is adapted by OEMs to be presented on their hardware. Android's source code does not curb the often proprietary device drivers that are required for certain specific components in the hardware section.
In 2007, the green colored Android logo was designed for Google by a graphic designer named Irina Blok.
Versions of Android:
Since 2008, Android has seen quite a number versions which have improved the operating system with the addition of new features and fixing bugs in previous releases.
Cupcake 1.5,
Donut 1.6,
Eclair 2.0 - 2.1,

iOS Development - Hexagon IT Solutions
What is iOS?
IOS is an operating system for mobiles which are made and broken by Apple Inc. And are distributed only for hardware concerning Apple products.
It is the OS that in these times controls the mobile devices of many companies such as the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
On the most popular this mobile operating system platform ranks second in the world by sales, after Android.
Design & Control:
The UI of IOS is based on direct manipulation concept which uses multiple touch gestures. Interface control elements are mainly made up of of sliders, buttons and switches. Interaction with the OS also involves gestures such as swipe, tap, pinch, and reverse pinch. All of these have certain definitions within the context of the iOS operating system and its multiple touch interface.
iOS Application - App Store:
Some applications use accelerometers which function internally to respond to shaking the device or going around it in three dimensions.
Apple's App Store provides third-party native applications which are authorised for devices running iPhone OS 2.0 and higher.
Swift or Objective-C must be used for writing apps which are native composed specifically for iOS and the 64-bit ARM architecture or previous 32-bit one.
The Safari web browser supports web applications as with other WWW browsers.
A mobile web site was embedded inside a native app by the hybrid apps in order to utilize a hybrid framework like Apache Cordova or React Native.
Software Development Kit:
On October 17 of the year 2007, in an open letter sent to Apple's "Hot News" weblog, Steve Jobs made an announcement that a SDK or as you would call it a Software Development Kit would be made available to third-party developers in February 2008.
The SDK was released on March 6, 2008, and this allowed developers to develop apps for the iPhone and iPod Touch and at the same time run tests in an "iPhone simulator". Still, loading an application onto the devices is only possible after paying an iPhone Developer Program fee.
App Store & iOS Development Cost:
The fees required to be a part of the developer programs for iOS and OS X were set at US $99. 00 per year. On July 20 of the year 2011, Xcode was released on its Mac App Store free by Apple to download for all OS X Lion users. Users can take part in creating and developing iOS and OS X applications using a copy of Xcode.
However, they are not allowed to perform the testing of their apps on a physical IOS device, or publishing them to the App store, without first paying the yearly $99.00 iPhone Developer Program fee.
Since Xcode 3.1 was released it became the development environment for the iOS Software Development Kit.
Developers are capable of putting any price above a set minimum for their developed apps to be administered through the App Store with ratios of 70% for the developer and 30% for Apple.
Instead, they may also choose to release the application for free without paying any amount to release the application except for the membership fee.
IP V6
Use of IP AddressAn IP address is set up for every connection to a device on the internet for identification and location definition. After commercialization in the 1990s the use of internet worldwide begin to increase at a fast rate and under the circumstances it became evident that far more addresses than those available in IPv4 address space were needed to connect new devices in the future. By 1998, the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) had formalized the successor protocol. Internet Protocol version 6 is the recent variant of the Internet Protocol. IPV6
IPv6 uses a 128-bit address, which in terms of theory allows 2128, or approximately 3.4×1038 addresses. The original figure is somewhat smaller because multiple ranges are set aside for particular purpose or totally separated from employment. The full figure of possible IPv6 address is more than 7.9×1028 times as many as that of IPv4, which uses 32-bit addresses and provides around 4.3 billion addresses. To allow communication between IPv4 and IPv6 hosts various IPv6 transition mechanisms have been prepared. IPv6 serves other benefits in technical terms in addition to a larger addressing space. In particular, it allows hierarchical address allocation methods that help in the facilitation of aggregation of routes across the Internet, and therefore restrict the expansion of routing tables. Mobility of device, protection, and aspects regarding configuration have been given thought in the blueprint of the protocol. IPv6 addresses are generally written as four hexadecimal digits in eight groups with the groups being separated by colons, but methods to abbreviate this full notation exist. The first official identification in Internet standard document for IPV6 was published in December 1998. In addition to providing more addresses, IPv6 also introduces new features which are not present in IPv4. It simplifies aspects of address assignment, renumbering of network, and router announcements when changing network connectivity providers. It makes processing of packets very simple in routers by placing the responsibility for packet fragmentation into the end stages. IPv6 is an Internet Layer protocol which is made for packet-switched internetworking and it also provides end-to-end datagram transmission across more than one IP networks a bit similar to IPV4. The IPv6 subnet size is made standard by fixing the size of the host identifier portion of an address to make it 64 bits so that an automatic mechanism options is available for making the identifier from link layer addressing information. Network security was a requirement in terms of design of the IPv6 architecture, and it includes the original specification of IPsec. IPv6 essentially creates a parallel and independent network. Exchange of traffic between the two networks needs employment a transition mechanism like NAT64, In comparison to IPv4, the advantage of IPv6 which strikes the most is its larger address space. IPv4 addresses provides approximately 4.3×109 (4.3 billion) addresses because it is 32 bits long while in case of IPv6 addresses, being 128 bits long, it offers an address space of 3.4×1038 addresses. Such a great distance is held sufficient for the future.
Data Warehousing
What is Data warehouse?
A data warehouse which is also referred to as enterprise data warehouse or EDW, is a system used for the analysis and reporting of information or data.
Here the storage of both current and historical data takes place and they are in turn used for making analytical reports for knowledge workers throughout the enterprise.
Reports could vary from comparisons in annual terms or quarterly terms and it also deals with daily sales analyses in details.
The data which remains stored in the warehouse is uploaded from the operational systems which may be marketing, sales and others. DWs are central repositories of integrated data which come from one or more disparate sources.
The data may draw through data storage which is operational for more operations before it is applied for reporting in the data warehouse.
Data warehousing deals with storage of data and use of concept, logic and physical models to support business goals and information needs for the users.
Enterprise data warehouse or EDW
A data warehouse is the basis for a successful BI program. Creating a Data Warehouse is not a piece of cake as it requires mapping of data between sources and fair games which is then followed by capturing the details of the transformation in a metadata repository.
The data warehouse provides the users with a single, comprehensive source of both current data as well as historical data.
The benefits of data warehousing are:
1. It helps in congregating data from multiple sources into a single database so that the application
of a single query engine can be done to represent information.
2. It helps in the mitigation of the problem of database isolation level lock contention in transaction processing systems which occurs as a result of attempts to run large, long hunting down, analysis queries in transaction processing databases.
3. Maintains the data history, even if the source transaction systems do not.
4. It helps in Incorporating information from multiple source systems which enables a central view across the enterprise. This welfare is always valuable, but especially so when the governance has grown by merger.
5. It helps in the improvement of data quality, by providing consistent codes and descriptions, flagging or even setting up bad information.
6. It helps in presenting the organization's information consistently.
7. It offers a single common data model for all data of interest irrespective of the information origin.
8. It helps in restructuring the data so that it delivers best query performance, even for complex analytic queries, without touching on the operational schemes.
9. Add the value of operational business applications, notably customer relationship management systems.
10. It helps in reaching a decision–support queries easier to compose.
Warehoused data must be kept safe and so it is stored making it more reliable, easy to retrieve and easy to handle. The concept of data warehousing was initiated in in 1988 by Barry Devlin and Paul Murphy.
As computer systems became more complex and it started handling greater amounts of information the need for data warehousing grew.
