JACK/KNIFE

Today I stumble into Jack/Knife a brand of hand crafted denim made in America. They have the ability to design, pattern, sample and manufacture products in their studio. Plus their brand and designs are amazing; very simple and sophisticated.

Now that I'm working and developing my own brand they are a definite source of inspiration.

The Walking Closet

I'm really excited about this dress I'm wearing. It's the first design I have made and sewn. It has motivated me so much that I'm currently working on my first line. We'll see what happens...

The Broken Circle Breakdown is the new film by Felix van Groeningen. The film is based on the stage play and is Nominated for this year Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. I love it. It's fun, romantic, sad, sexy, happy and full of really cool catchy country music; which i generally don't prefer, but i loved this soundtrack. i highly recommend this movie to anyone.

Cosmic Dreams.

Door to door.

The one place that has always been a constant inspiration source for me is Old San Juan. I've been to a few cities around the world, and so far this is still my favorite one. There are many places that might share a lot of characteristics with the old city, but the fact that I was born here and the love I or this island is what makes it so amazing. The Old city is full of colors, architecture, history and culture.

Today, I will begin by sharing a few cool doors that I found. As the blog continues, I will keep posting many other interesting things that Old San Juan holds. You will get to see it through my eyes.
