do you know what? i was at the gym earlier and someone was trying to finish their workout while their friend kept tempting them with noodles hahhaahhah xD that's so funnyyyy
wahh, workout done. now i'm getting ready to make a high-protein dinner. i'm starving hahahhaa...
honestly, i don't eat low calorie foods all the time, i have cheat days too and sometimes all i want is a burger and fried chicken hehhehhe...
why do i always end up thinking about sweet cakee after a workout agghh
high protein meal idea: egg white scramble 🍳
ingredients:
6 egg whites
mushrooms
spinach
onion
salt & pepper
steps:
cook the vegetables first
pour in the egg whites
stir until cooked
season and serve
estimated nutrition:
calories: ~120-150 kcal
protein: ~22-25g
why it's great:
very high protein for the calories
quick to make
helps with fullness
perfect for breakfast or a snack

low calorie snack idea: greek yogurt bowl 🍓
ingredients:
170g plain non-fat greek yogurt
50g strawberries
a sprinkle of cinnamon
steps:
add the greek yogurt to a bowl
slice the strawberries
add them on top of the yogurt
sprinkle a little cinnamon
enjoy!
estimated calories:
greek yogurt: ~100 kcal
strawberries: ~15 kcal
cinnamon: ~0-5 kcal
total: ~115-120 kcal
