i'm kinda curious... if you're doing your weight loss journey alone, with no one to motivate you, check in on you, or give you tips and guidance along the way...does it ever get lonely???

Sw: 56, Cw: 56, Gw: 47, Ugw:42 (I'm 158cm tall btw))
I'll do daily updates on what I eat, weekly updates on my weight and monthly updates on my measurements.
That's it, byee!! 🩷🩷
haven’t binged in four weeks now, or eaten sugar. I’m so proud of and due to this I’ve lost my appetite for sweets when I used to have a sweet tooth
good morning, everyone!
how are you really doing with your weight loss journey?
lately i've been chatting with so many new people through dms here, and honestly it makes me really happyy🤍
some of them ask me for weight loss tips, so i share everything i've learned and point them to the place where i learned the most. i genuinely want other people to experience the same progress and confidence i found, because having the right knowledge really changed everything for me
it's such a nice feeling knowing we can support each other :)
The Day Everything Finally Made Sense
There was a time when I felt completely stuck. I wanted to lose weight so badly, but I honestly had no idea where to start. I didn't know what a calorie deficit was, how to read nutrition labels, or even how to choose the right foods. I just kept guessing and hoping something would work.
My chubby arms and thighs made me so self-conscious, and every failed attempt made me feel like giving up.
Then one day, I found information that finally made everything click. Instead of chasing quick fixes, I started learning how weight loss actually works. Little by little, I changed my habits, stayed consistent, and things finally started to change.
Looking back, I'm so glad I didn't quit. Sometimes, the right knowledge really can change everything.
how i finally understood body recomposition
for the longest time i thought losing weight meant eating less and less. the scale went down a little, but i also felt weaker and didn't really like how my body looked. that's when i found out about body recomposition, and it honestly changed the way i looked at fat loss. i started eating enough protein, lifting weights, and staying in a small calorie deficit instead of trying to eat as little as possible. i wrote these notes for myself because i kept forgetting the little things that actually mattered. looking back now, i'm so glad i stopped chasing the smallest number on the scale and started focusing on building a stronger body instead.
how i finally stopped feeling hungry all the time
i used to think i just had no self control. every time i tried to lose weight, i ended up thinking about food all day. i'd eat, then an hour later i wanted snacks again. if my friends were eating, i wanted to eat too. it made me feel like i was doing everything wrong.
one day i started writing down the little things that actually helped me instead of trying another crash diet. i realized i didn't need to fight my hunger all the time. i just needed to understand it better. these are the notes i still come back to whenever i feel like eating for no reason, and honestly they've made staying consistent so much easier.
Okay..
Im 63kg - 138lbs - 9 stone(i think?) and 5’2
I wanna lose weight so bad but every time i’ve tried i’ve always fallen back into just not eating at all and i don’t wanna do that this time. Does anyone have any tips for me lol.. like workout videos or things to focus on. Pls.
I don’t really have a goal weight i just want to LOOK smaller if that makes sense.
You know my biggest issue? I work in an office setting. I hate that other people can hear my stomach growling because I myself can ignore it but it’s so embarrassing when someone comments oh you must be hungry. And then they start asking what I’m eating for lunch and I have to lie because I’m not eating anything but I’m really not that good of a liar.
2026.01.07 sunday
• cal: 198
-bowl of grapes and cup of black coffee for breakfast
-pesto pasta for dinner
-one cookie
• burned 155 cals by dancing at the end of the day
• 4,3k steps
I felt so good today. I felt so light. It was the best feeling in the world but of course my parents needed tu ruin it and yell at me for not eating. At the end they forced me to eat pesto pasta.
I’m also kinda nervous and sad because I’m going to meet with my friend on Friday. We usually go eat when we meet, but I don’t want. I want to tell her that I won’t be hungry but then she won’t eat too, so I will buy myself just a Happy Meal. Not much food and also get a toy for reward.
I found cool recipes for dinner and breakfast on tik tok so I’m in heavens.
hii, i'm emilyy. honestly, i really want to share the little things that helped me handle feeling hungry all the time while dieting because i know how frustrating it can be. i also hope to make some new friends here on tumblr who are on the same journey. anyone wants to be friends?
hii, i'm emily. i know how hard it is when you're trying to lose weight and your friends are all eating snacks around you. i used to get tempted every single time we hung out because there was always something sweet or high in sugar on the table. so instead of telling myself "don't eat it," i started bringing my own food from home, like a healthy sandwich or something that actually kept me full. that way i could still sit with everyone, enjoy the moment, eat my own meal, and not feel like i was missing out. it made staying consistent so much easier.
hii, i'm emily. i just wanted to share my story because losing weight used to feel impossible for me. i was always hungry, my weight stayed stuck, and i had no idea what i was doing wrong. then i found a bundle with 5 ebooks plus 5 free bonus ebooks, so 10 ebooks in total. after reading them, i finally understood calorie deficits, how to calculate calories, meal planning, healthy recipes, grocery shopping, staying full longer, building a better mindset, and even tips for stubborn fat like chubby cheeks, arms, and thighs. i started applying those tips to my daily life instead of guessing, and that's what helped me lose 10 pounds. if you're going through the same thing, comment below or dm me, and i'll send you the details.
