Sometimes I can't made food for myself, either because I'm tired, due to mental illness, or simply because I'm hungry right now and can't wait something to finish cooking or being prepared! In those cases, here are some 0 effort snacks (or if you eat enough of them, meals). And by 0 effort I mean zero. The most you'd have to do is open a bag/box and pour it onto a plate!
Doritos, Lay's, Cheetos, Sun chips, etc.
Veggie Straws, Veggie Crisps, Harvest Snaps (this is a popped bean chip!), these are some healthier alternatives to potato chips and they're all super yummy
Pita chips, Bugles, Snack Mix
Pretzels, rice cakes, granola
Granola bars, snack bars, breakfast bars
Ritz crackers, saltines, cheezits, goldfish, Graham crackers, sandwich crackers
Basically any kind of bagged/jared nut
Sunflower seeds (especially de-shelled ones), pepitas, and other snackable seeds
Jerky, Slim Jims, Vienna Sausages
Fruit leather and dried fruit
Raisins, banana chips, fruit crisps
Chocolate covered or yogurt covered raisins, cherries, or cranberries
Fruit! Either whole, or buy it from the supermarket pre-sliced
Bite sized vegetables like cherry tomatoes or baby carrots
Pre-sliced veggies like celery or broccoli
Veggies that can be eaten whole & raw like cucumber
Bagged salad mix or pre-made salad
Lunchables or other pre-boxed lunches (GoPicnic is a brand that I recommend!)
Veggie tray or fruit tray (can be bought!)
Meat & cheese tray (can be bought!)
Pretzels/chips with hummus
