how in the world did you manage to get it sold in Japan?????

ah now that i think about it i never made an announcement here on tumblr that i i was able to get my doujinshi sold on toranoana. That was back in september! Now japanese audiences can purchase my doujin it’s such an exciting prospect 😭 Toranoana is very open to working with foreigners who want to sell their doujinshi or merch on their website! You just have to contact them about your proposal

Hi! Hope you are having a good day! Just curious of the reason why you don't like selling digital copies? Is it because someone distributed them without permission? I think there is a format you can put on those kind of files so they can't be passed from a device to another?? Haha don't mind me xD

While i didn’t encounter anyone distributing the digital copies my doujins without my permission, which I’m eternally grateful for, there is still that possibility of my doujins being distributed. And that makes me anxious. There is also the possibility of dubious people purchasing a digital copy and then using that file to print physical copies themselves. If there are ways to encrypt a PDF to be unsharable after first download that would be cool. In any case, i think selling digital copies of zines and books is a completely valid option, i’m all for the option being there for those who want to save money, but personally it makes me anxious, especially when it involves my doujinshi ^^; sorry

Will you ever sell the digital version of Trails again?? I just found out about it now and I really want to buy it (the art is so pretty oH my gosh) but it’s out of stock and I’m sad :(((

Sadly the digital PDF version of Trails was a limited release and I don’t plan on opening sales for them any time soon. I’m personally uncomfortable distributing PDF versions of my doujins but if I can manage to renew my confidence in selling digital copies i definitely will. The soonest i’ll probably get that up and running is later next year

Hi there! unfortunately i don’t know when I will be reprinting my Battlefront doujin. I sold my last few copies at CRX last month and after Kumoricon this weekend i won’t have another con for a long while.

Hi! Sorry to bother with this question that you have already answered but when it's your next big convention? I really want a physical copy of Trails and battlefront and maybe that will be the only opportunity to get one if it happens to be online, so just wondering if i could have my hope up. Hi there! Sadly nothing has been confirmed yet for next year... I signed up for Fanime and I plan on signing up for Sakuracon, but those two haven’t been confirmed. I am for certain attending Anime Expo 2019! 

I still have a few extra copies of TRAILS that I will put up on my online store this month, but I don’t have any copies of voltron force Battlefront left. Unfortunately idk if I’ll be reprinting battlefront.

Hello! I hope my question is not redundant (I didn't see any questions of this type in your ask tag), but I was wondering where you got your latest doujins printed? I'm based in the US and have no access to Asia printing presses. If you didn't use US, have you heard of any good US printing places? Thank you for your time! ^^

Hi there! I actually do get my doujins printed in Japan and China, which i find have the best materials when it comes to doujinshi. 

For US printers, if you’re looking for fast turnaround and cheap prices, I recommend docucopies! However, docucopies doesn’t focus on comic printing but rather on general stuff so you may have to ask for samples or talk with staff about what exactly you want.  I’ve also heard good things from RA comics direct. Unfortunately i don’t know what both companies’ stances are in terms of R18 content, so if you’re looking to print doujins with naughty bits I don’t know where you could do that in the US.

Based off of @lowaharts hiking AU/doujinshi called Trails, which I highly recommend purchasing! (which you can find it here~) It is a silent read, meaninh that there are no dialogue/text in the book at all. (but I still recommend it, go support her!)

Aaaaa I missed out on the orders of the Battlefront book! Will you be allowing PDF orders for the book, or do you have no more plans to re-run any orders of any kind anymore for that series?

I have no plans to release a PDF version of Battlefront in the future as releasing a pdf makes me more uncomfortable than selling physical copies. I do plan on printing more copies of Battlefront in the future the next time I have a big event :)

I still plan on selling copies of Trails at one more convention before the year is done so whatever i put up on my store is all that can be sold online. I will likely restock my doujins when another big event occurs.

Digital PDFs will include all 28 pages of the doujin, including the covers.
