The way people talk about ADHD is awful… I had to listen to a conversation between co-workers where they talked about forcing their kids to donate all their old clothes because the bought them new. Their kids “had a fit” because they wanted to keep the clothes. Then my co-workers started calling their kids names! Sorry new clothes are awful??? Sorry they’re unpredictable? Sorry the tag pokes me and it feels like needles with sandpaper? Sorry people know what they like and don’t want to change?

They said their kids do this every year too! So… why do you literally create a problem? Why can’t they just wear the clothes they’re comfortable with? Teach your kids that they don’t always need to buy new stuff to fit in!

Idk… just a little respect and education would be nice. Google can tell you why your kid doesn’t like new things!
