RIP Robin Williams, You were hilarious!
If I could grab you attention for a few minutes, I have been working with some friends on a vision for over a year now to create a coffee company aimed around Adventure & Community. We finally are at the stage where we are almost ready to launch this into Sydney & eventually in Portland with our team. The project is called Frontier Roasters & we will be launching it in two phases. September 1 is a soft launch with our full website, which you will be able to order coffee from. On October 1st we will be working towards reviews, write ups & features in Australia & North American Publications. There will also be a pop up store in Sydney starting in October & will run through the summer to February to promote the coffee beans, build community & sell our summer cold brew over the summer time. We are going to be focused on Roasting light for filter coffee, pushing the motif of Frontier which is about adventure, Filter coffee can be brewed anywhere and is currently an exploding niche in the coffee industry. We will also feature a couple of espresso roasts. Our main focus for 2015 is pre bottled cold brew & cold brew on tap that will be available in stores, cafes & other outlets. We are also very passionate about freeing people from human trafficking, and so 10% of our profits will be invested in freeing and equipping people in Sydney and abroad from this horrible situation. Would be awesome if you could simply re-post the image attached below with our website link for frontierroasters.com.au to help spread the word on this project. It's a long time in the making but we are almost there. From the Frontier Team: Adam, Sam, Jonny & Matt frontierroasters.com.au

Wolfs Live Video Teaser! Pre-Orders, Live Video, New Music Coming Soon!
Interview with Blair “Wolfs”
1.    Our home town is Meadowvale which is in Mississauga, which is a suburb of Toronto which some believe to be the capital of Canada, its not, that’s Ottawa.
It all began almost 2 years ago now. Jordon Greg and Ross have been playing music together for a long ass time, like YEARS there’s actually a picture online of them jamming in like 2002 or 2000, its fucked. So they have always played music together and ive always been good friends with them, because my peepaw and Ross’s deadaa worked together since we were kids. There was a friend of ours doing vocals in the early stages of Wolfs, when they were called Wraith which eventually became King Crusher which is now Wolfs today. Anyways a not so long story even shorter he didn’t make it and I did. THUS Wolfs began.
Influences?
2.    In the early stages of the band the main influence for instrumentals was Converge, and I was always a fan of Keith Buckley from Every time I Die for his way of writing lyrics. But every song kinda draws from new influences so there really has never been one band we’ve drawn major influence off of. But we all enjoy bands like Code Orange Kids, Capsule, Native, A Textbook Tragedy, Trash Talk, The Armed, and so on. Constantly changing.
            Poutine or Pizza?
3.    TIME TO GET REAL. Now as Canadians I feel we are pressured to say Poutine, but as humans, Pizza. But in truth there is no reason why we cant have it both, at the same time. In fact here in Canadia there is a wonderful little pizza shop I know of called Bella Noella’s that in fact serves FUCKING POUTINE PIZZA I shit you not, which might I add is a game changer.
Who is the Dad?
4.    Everyone in the band will agree that I’m the Dad, with the exception of the album art and stuff like that which is Ross’s domain, I (Blair Alexander Hammond) am the one doing the booking and sorting out when we jam for the most part, and getting together tours and rounding everyone up when shit needs to happens ie. recording and meeting with people and such.
Live Experience?
5.    Coolest live experience, there’s a couple. For some reason whenever we play in Mississauga there always seems to be a little fight that happens when we play our song “Pigs” which one of them I ended up getting a bloody nose. We also played Ontario’s Premier Punk house in Windsor called The Holden House which was just featured in an article written by Vice or something. It’s a sweaty lil basement where I couldn’t even stand up straight and everyone just goes insane there, always a sick crowd in Windsor. Or playing the Soybomb (Toronto’s version of the Holden House, and also where I live) anyone who’s played the soybomb will tell you its one of they’re best shows, you play in a fucking half pipe for fuck sake.
Who is your Man Crush Monday?
6.    Hmmmmm currently it’s not just one man, it’s a couple men, in fact they arnt even men yet. Im gonna say that it’s a band, called Ism from Welland Ontario. They Are 5 extremely talented young dudes and when I say young I mean age 17-19 and they are absolutely SHREDDING its fucked, I don’t think they understand how good they are, but they will and when they do, they will come for your fucking soul. In the best way possible.
 Recording… In a Half Pipe?
7.    So yeah we just finished recording, I don’t think its very different from our self titled, more that its evolved and grown with the band. With this album we’ve written shit that we all feel 100% on and it really shows what we can do as a group. Every song is showing what each of us as individuals are capable of musically. And Yeah we recorded on a half-pipe, it really added another level of rock and roll if you get what I mean (horrible skate boarding pun). Which is funny because we didn’t skate they whole week we recorded, because it would have been to much of a pain in the dick to move ALL that recording shit.
           Upcoming shows?
8.    We got some shows coming up in April and May, and then there’s the summer which is always ripe for the show pickings. And we’re setting up to go on tour to the East Coast for August with our boys Plaster Lungs, and hopefully the lads in Ism.
Best part about your live show?
9.    Every bands gonna say the energy, which for a band of our genre goes without saying. But the banter between songs is always good. But realistically the volume we enjoy playing really fucking loud, we blew a head at a jam space one time cause we played so loud, the thing was smoking a lil bit, the owner got pissed cause he just bought it or some shit.
Who would you Marry, Date or Hire out of the SVG YTH crew?
10. Interesting question, without question I’m settling down with Jonny Blackwell, because I like me a foreign boy and that aussie accent makes me melt. Im gonna date Foss cause I wanna get to know you, like really get to know you ;) and im gonna Hire Aaron because from what I hear hes the experienced old guy, I shouldn’t say old guy, but “OLDER” guy.
