PSA: Saving and Reposting Gifs

Before using a gif, please ask yourself:

Did I make this gif?

If you answered no, consider not reposting that gif.

“It’s just a gif though. Why would I do that?”, you may ask.

Because just like any art piece or craft, there is time, effort and skill being put into making a gif. Show repect to the creator by– at the very least –referencing them.

But even then, especially if it is a part of a gifset, consider asking permission first. And if not, it’s pretty easy to learn how to make gifs yourself!
