I'm starting to get into Battletech. First four painted mechs are the Griffin, Locust, Vindicator, and Commando.

Some old L5R models that I finally painted. I probably got these 20 or so years ago. They were made by either Reaper or AEG. I was inspired to paint them after reading the 5e Adventures in Rokugan book by Edge Studio.

I am very happy with how this turned out, but Lord, may I never have to paint another Ahsoka Tano miniature again. Those montrals and head tails were a pain to paint.

I haven't been as diligent in sharing stuff that I've painted lately. This past weekend I finished some terrain. First is some circular ruins from Imperial Terrain. Second is a bar from Corvus Games. Both were printed on my Ender 3.

My Black Sun enforcers for Star Wars Legion. These were time-consuming, but I like how they turned out.

I finished my Deathwatch commando squad for Star Wars Legion. I also finished a couple gundarks that I 3d printed a while back.

I took advantage of the long weekend to assemble and paint my LAAT/LE for Star Wars Legion. This model required a thoughtful and staged approach for assembling and painting the various sub-assemblies. It is very rewarding to see it finally finished, but I have no desire to do another project like this for a while. Final picture is the inside of the cockpit, before everything was assembled.

I had a break from painting while some rooms got remodeled in my house. This weekend getting back into things I managed to finish my unit of IG-100 Magnaguard droids for Star Wars Legion. These were General Grievous's body guards in Episode 3.

I recently finished my jetpack stormtroopers from Imperial Assault. These will be fun to find a use for.

Briefly returning to painting some fantasy stuff to use in games of Five Leagues from the Borderlands. This will be used as an undead construct. The miniature was one of the metal figures that Wizkids made for Mage Knight years ago. On another note, I don't think my new phone is as good at taking pictures of minis as my old phone.

My ARC troopers for Star Wars Legion. I went with a color scheme similar to the death troopers from Rogue One, partly for simplicity and partly because it makes them look more like killer space commandos.

General Obi-Wan Kenobi from Star Wars Legion. I'm fairly happy with how I managed to get the glow of the lightsaber across his chest, face, and arm.

General Grievous from Star Wars Legion. With this, I now have a fully painted playable Separatist army for Legion, though maybe not a very big one.

Cad Bane from Star Wars Legion. His big hat is very effective at shading his eyes, as I had trouble angling my desk lamp to illuminate them.

B2 battle droids from Star Wars Legion. These were much easier to assemble and paint than the B1 battle droids!

A squad of B1 battle droids from the Star Wars Legion war game. These were tedious to assemble but relatively easy to paint. The were my first time using Games Workshop's contrast paints and I think they worked pretty well.
