Did a front hill this morning before the start of the workout. Came back up to the top to see the familiar and missed crowd of the tribe!

New headphones made a world of difference! (Not in time, I'm slow so I don't aggravate a tweaked muscle too much) But it was a beautiful morning with November project

This morning at November Project. I completed my first tour in over a month and the last 10 sections were reminding me of what it was like the first time I completed a tour ever a year ago. But it was a great morning to be working out and I'm so happy to have gone.

My two pairs of most used shoes-shoes to bike in and shoes to run and weight lift in.
