Just got home and got myself a bowl of cereal, sat down and ate it. I am exhausted and my legs hurt.

I biked twice the distance I'm used to today, as my bike was already having cold weather problems at 50 degrees F, so I biked to the shop (which is twice the distance in the same direction) before work, took the bus to work, took two shuttles to a doctors appointment, took a lyft back down to the bike shop, stopped at work to pick up my bike lock where I had left it cause I didn't want to carry it, and came home.

They replaced the crank with one that doesn't have a freewheel in it. They also attached a bell I had to the handlebars for me, so I can dingaling it at people. Mostly thus far it has been used as a polite alternative to yelling at inconsiderate jerks who park and idle their cars in the bike lane.

I am so sore and tired. I ought to take some aspirin. Other than that I need to just drink water and chill for a while.
