Animal Shelter

"Um, we will probably start with cleaning out the cages and putting in new bedding, food, and water. After that we are probably going to take them for their bath and then get them groomed. That is the schedule for right now; you will get more information later about what to do after we groom them."

"That seems like a lot of work… but we’re here to help so it shouldn’t be too hard!" The idol was determined to make the work load at least a little bit lighter for the regular employees.

"So, uh, what should I start with? I mean, it is a really long list of stuff to do…” Megu said, “Also, since it’s adoption day, are we gonna help people with the adoptions or…?” Her voice trailed off as she ended the sentence and the brunette blushed a little from embarrassment; not knowing what to do is strange.

Himeko had to think for a bit. Then she remebered. 

“Umm how about we start with helping out with adoptions and then go from there. Does that sound a little bit easier and more manageable?”

Fish watching

It was such a pretty day outside and himeko just wanted to see the koi fish in the koi pond. It was that kind of day where she wanted to say hi to her friends in the pond. So she got her fish food from her room and headed out to say hi to her fishy friends. When she got there someone else was talking to the fish. Himeko was surprised. It usually was only her that talked to the fish.

“Hey, mysterious person are the fish telling you anything interesting?”

Snow

" Well then you can be my reindeer helper if you insist. Miss red nose sae. (Himeko boops sae on her nose.) As for the kind of cookie I am making, I was wanting to make some awesome sugar cookies but if you have any other good ideas feel free to tell me. Any idea is a good idea.

"Hmmm. well maybe some ginger snaps might be good too?" Sae strolled alongside Hime in the light snow, "Did you used to make cookies at home with your family Hime?" Sae looked at her small but spirited friend.

"Yeah, I did. It was kind of a tradition. Ginger snaps sound awesome. Oooh I can make gingerbread cookies. Everyone will love those. Thanks for the advice Sae."

"No problem. I can give you all kinds of advice, but I won’t be much of a help when it comes to cooking." Sae rubbed the back of her head in an embarrassed manner, "Chef Papa won’t let me anywhere near the oven…or the stove…or the kitchen for that matter."

"Ah, well then you can decorate the cookies if u want. Then u don't have to worry as much."

Mittens starts purring and rubs against Megu.

"See, she likes you. Alright, let’s put Mittens back and get to work. Right about now should be their luck time. Bye Mittens, I will be back with some yummy tuna for you!"

Megu smiled at Mittens. The cat rubbed on her affectionately and she continued to pet Mittens.

"Oh, alright!" the brunette exclaimed, "Time to do some work!" She carefully picked up Mittens and handed her to another employee. Megu then stood up and began to follow Himeko to meet the head of the place. "So, what kind of work do you think we’ll do?" she asked to her roommate.

"Oh!" Sae blushed, "Just some stuff for friends…I’m actually gonna try my hand at some crafts…" Sae tightly held the handrail as...

"Yep! Playing with the pets is just part of the job. I always have fun playing with Mittens the cat. She loves playing with my lemon hat. Also Rusty here loves to be scratched on his belly. Look."

Himeko starts to scratch Rusty, a dog, on his belly.

"Oh sorry, I go really fast when I am excited. Well, anyway, we are here."

Himeko let go of Megu’s hand and guided her into the animal shelter where a bunch a puppies and kitties pounced onto Himeko and Megu, knocking them down.

Megu followed Himeko into the shelter and closed the door behind her quietly. Just then, she heard the sound of lots of things running towards the two idols. When the brunette turned to see what it was, Himeko and Megu got attacked by lots of puppies and kitties.

"Woah!" she exclaimed before falling hard on the floor. An employee came running to the two girls. Megu quickly stood up and held as many pets she could to put back in their cage. "Hey, Himeko! We’re here to help the shelter today, right?" she shouted after spotting the lemon-headed girl playing with the animals.

"See I told you he likes it. Mittens likes to be scratched behind her ears or under her chin. But do it gently because you do NOT want to see mittens when she is angry. She has a bit of a temper."

Himeko absolutely loved the snow. It was one of her favorite times of the year. She knew that christmas was coming up so she decided to go shopping. On her way out the door she saw Sae and she wondered if she would like to go with her to.

Snow

Himeko absolutely loved the snow. It was one of her favorite times of the year. She knew that christmas was coming up so she decided to go shopping. On her way out the door she saw Sae and she wondered if she would like to go with her to.

“Hey Sae do you want to go out christmas shopping with me?"

"Sounds great! I can’t wait to see what you will look like!"

Himeko then went back to her room to also get herself ready.

Chieri returned downstairs, dressed in a yukata. She’d decided to leave her hair out for a change, though her signature purple flower was still present. Hearing Himeko come down the stairs, Chieri turned to greet her. “Ready to go?”

Fourth of July

"Yep, lets go!" the two girls headed off onto the night to join the others at the festival.

"Umm, it’s right around the corner from the grocery store. I will show you the way."

Himeko grabs Megu’s hand and drags her out the door and to the animal shelter.

"Whoa!" Himeko’s sudden grab and pull on her hand surprised her. Megu stumbled a bit but regained balance. Himeko was walking, nearly running at a very fast pace while holding onto her hand. The two understudies just exited the dorms and were headed to the street. "Hey, can you slow down a little? The animal shelter isn’t going anywhere," Megu said desperately.

It was Halloween! It was one of Sonata’s favourite holidays. She could dress up as whatever she wanted (like she didn’t wear animal outfits nearly every day), she could go out trick or treating around the city, and she would usually bring at least 1 of her friends along, the city would be decorated in pumpkins and spooky decorations hanging from trees.

Sonata started bringing all her costume pieces together and laying them on her bed. This year she was going as pirate captain and had attempted to make everything herself, but got a lot of help from the older girls.

This year along with trick or treating, Sonata also wanted to find a real ghost. There were ghost stories all around Akibaster but during Halloween, heaps more popped up. One of the had to be true and Sonata was going to find it.

Himeko had heard a rumor that Sonata was going to find out if the ghost story of Akibaster was true or not. Even though Himeko was scared she decided that for halloween she would be a ghost and go with Sonata so if they were scared, she would not be alone.

Kenkyuusei Concert!

It was early in the morning and Seika had dragged herself out of bed. A kenkyuusei concert had been announced, but she’d been unable to practice until now. It was only a few days before the concert, so she was super worried that she would have enough time to prepare.

She’d downloaded the playlist of the concert yesterday and had listened through it a few times. Heading down to the practice room, Seika hoped some of the other kenkyuusei would be there practicing.

Himeko decided that since the concert was soon she had better get down to practicing. So as she was headed down to the practice room she saw Seika. She sneakily jumped on Seikas back to surprise her.
