hey, friendly reminder that i do not consider ▽ parts 4, 5 & 6 canon because i don't want to acknowledge Maki and Daigo's deaths.

if Beyond novel could retcon at least SOMETHING from ▽, i wish it is their deaths.

Otherwise, i keep adapting these events in order to keep them alive, and because i'm not fond of how Piyomon was treated in pt4, and definitely did not liked how Hikari was treated in pt5 or even how Ophanimon FM had just less than 5 seconds on screen,

i'm fine if peeps like these parts, and the whole thing, but i'd please ask everyone to not take me wrong when i prefer to change things that way. besides that, if people can change stuff in 02 & 02 epilogue they don't like, then i have all the right to change what i don't like in ▽ too, right!?

so no name-callings, no accusations. no pointing fingers. i'd like to have my cake and eat it too, just like everyone.

sometimes i should look for that stupid and obvious Nishijima Daigo in a corndog outfit poster that is in the background of pt2's school festival scenes because it's ridiculous and Himekawa Maki probably would cringe at him.

She's SO glad they break up, can you tell someone like coworkers and your family that the guy you're dating is the same guy from a school festival poster advising children's corndog stand by wearing a freaking CORNDOG OUTFIT?!?!

i think i like to imagine Maki being 3 years older than Menoa, somewhere around Motomiya Jun's age.

and they were besties and lived in the same dorm building for their college a few years before Kizuna takes place.

they had this friendship (not romantic at all in this case) and then when Menoa got Eosmon, Maki felt soooooooooooo envious about it they broke their friendship up.

so now Himekawa Maki has two exes.

Menoa is not like Daigo, she's upset her ex-bestie didn't want to be saved and got one of her precious creations to study out of spite and then get her darn tapir digimon back.

PSA for Digimon fandom

hey Digimon fandom, just an FYI (as if we need any more irritating shit going down on tumblr right now). tumblr user c0smicsoup134 just started following a ton of Digimon blogs. They are a phishing scam bot (or possibly real person, idk they're still phishing). They sent me a fake screenshot of a tumblr support email claiming that they "falsely" reported me for fraud activity. The screenshot was riddled with errors.

I know a lot of people in this fandom are internet savvy and won't fall for bait, but just giving a heads up that you need to block and report this person. They've already followed a ton of people I know.

Hilarious that someone is doing something that will clog up tumblr support right now, when we need tumblr support to deal with the massive shit they took on us yesterday
