Today was the worst day to have a dissociative episode

#when I’m dissociatied I don’t really have control of my actions or my words #I mean I have some control but it’s kind of hard #it’s like a river overflowing I can do my best to put sandbags down and try and get back in control of my body #but it doesn’t mean it will work #and that means things slip through my mind like tagging shit and stuff and it only just ended like 30 minutes ago so I’m really sorry #most of the time I don’t really know when I’m dissociatied cause it happens so much now #but I am sorry and I’ll try and be better about tagging stuff #usually when I’m dissociatied it means my feelings and thoughts are amplified #this isn’t an excuse obviously but I hope it can explain what happened better #dissociation tw
