Sylas loves anything yellow since they remind him of his brother! I guess sunflowers are the only 100% yellow flower in game? besides daffodils? anyway he likes yellow! Shuvi likes fairy roses! and just roses in general! Aster likes summer spangle because they look like stars! and Kenneth likes poppies and fairy roses! or anything dainty because he likes the soft texture of the petals!

…An entire sidenote, all trans flag colors are apart of the outfit, which makes me very very amused.

“It’s been so fuckin’ long!!! Where’ve you been??” Renari gasps, before smiling and eyeing them down excitedly. “And fuck, you’ve changed so much, I can’t believe it. You look so great!” She gave a small, albeit nervous and excited laugh, before continuing. “I remembered it was your birthday, and I finally worked up the nerve to come. My sister wrote down your address after ya moved, before she..  ah..” She cleared her throat, before continuing. “..S-Sorry. ..Anyways, I took a ride and asked around a bit, before finding you here! Happy fuckin’ birthday!!!”

There’s a quiet laugh, the young 21 year old sitting atop the roof of the corporation, after Renari pulls away just a slight bit.!They’d been goofing off for a good 15-20 minutes now, which lead to flirting, which lead to this.

“Ari… you know already that if Landgarb or your sister catch us, I’m fuckin’ dead.” They mutter softly, “Like actually dead.”

Still, they smooth the skirt of their uniform out, getting up- and looking to the cityscapes before them, “One of these days, I’m getting the hell out of here. I’ll get the hell outta here, and then no one will be able to touch me again. Not emotionally, not physically, I’ll finally be free from all of it!”

They whirl around to face Ari, a half genuine smile on their face before sighing, offering her a hand up, “…That’s just a dream though, innit? I best settle for what I have now, since it’ll be the same place I die at.” Their smile softens to a slightly sadder one, before chuckling.

“Fuck it. If I’m going to die in this damn city, I might as well while with someone I trust.”

Renari gave a bit of a goofy, light laugh- most likely high off of being happy for one of the rare times in this hell hole of a company. She only shook her head in response, a big smile on her face as she plopped onto her back to stare up at the sky.

Her voice soft, she spoke. Trying to make shapes out of the clouds, going back to an almost childish state as she enjoyed the moment while it lasted. “Ahh.. not the first time. We’re already all kitlled emotionally, eh? Live in the moment. I don’t know about you, but until we get out of here, I’d rather die happy than let anyone from here win.” She took a deep breath, before dragging Ren down with her and chuckling.

“Yoba, I want to be right there with you. When we shut this shithouse down. Me, you, my sister. Once I get her to realize, this isn’t the only option.. it never is.” As Ren sat up and offered Ari a hand, she groaned and took it. She really didn’t want to go back. She nonetheless smiled, standing up with them and brushing off her skirt - erasing any traces of taking a break, Yoba forbid.

She frowned at Ren’s words, squeezing their hand. “C’mon, darling. Have some hope. Keep that mindset we were just talkin’ about!” Their smile grew at the fuck it, nodding in approval. “I like it, I like it. Fuck it attitude. Don’t let ‘em win!”

Ren listened quietly to her words, before blushing when Ari called them ‘darling…’ something often said, but it never failed to make them red to the tips of the ears. It was only after she finished speaking that they pressed an almost desperate but light kiss to the corner of her mouth, almost hesitant… Anything just to forget about what awaited below the surface of that rooftop…before just as quickly turning to walk off, face completely red.

“W-we should get back to work, before the boss catches us-” Ren don’t think you can escape what just happened!

Ari blushed, smirking. She seemed happy that she could at least make them happy a bit. When Ren pressed a kiss on her mouth, the smirk that was once covering her face was immediately wiped off. It was replaced with a flustered expression, before Ari shutting Ren up by giving them a slightly more fierce kiss. As good as it felt, it was over before it even seemed to start. Ari started walking towards the door back downstairs, gesturing for them to come with. She was clearly trying to hide her beet red face, adrenaline beating in her chest.

Ren yelped a bit at being yanked back down, if not briefly, before staring slack jawed briefly… and slowly trailing behind her. They were clearly still processing that, between the warmth spreading across their face, and the realization what they did.

‘Landgarb’s going to be so mad… You’ll get fired for something like this…’ The little voice in their head reminded them, 'You’ll be stuck with your family forever…’

Yet they didn’t care, as they held a hand over where their heart was, feeling the fluttering pulse underneath… And a wave of overwhelming warmth just caused their face to brighten red.

'No, no, enough of that-’ They reminded themselves, taking a breath to stave themselves as they quickly followed after Renari.

Right before she reached the door, she turned around to face them. “It might be less suspicious if I go in first.. and then you wait a few... and go in..” She trailed off, gazing right in their eyes for a split moment. “... After.” She snapped out of it, shaking her head and opening the door, mumbling an apology under her breath. “I’ll keep an eye out. Stay out of sight.” With that, she headed down the stairs.
