Gunman Graffitis A Penis And Balls On Car During Live Broadcast Of Oakland Standoff

The gunman has since been shot and detained by police. No one else seems to have been injured during the standoff. But, uh, this was odd.

Hirsch is pretty good with a can of spray paint! One time he hopped out of my car and spray painted a happy face on an old TV on the side of the road.
