Psalm 93:4 says, “The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, than the mighty waves of the sea”. This verse continues to reference water, noise, and chaos from Psalm 93:3. In the Bible, the sea is used to represent confusion and commotion. This verse conveys that God is stronger than the ocean waves, even though they can be powerful.
