Jane Austen really said ‘I respect the “I can fix him” movement but that’s just not me. He’ll fix himself if knows what’s good for him’ and that’s why her works are still calling the shots today.
Meanwhile Emily Brönte just said “We can make each other worse.”
Mary Shelley said, "I can make him

So it's the beginning of a new semester (aka the moment when I still try to make my class notes look nice)
if a simple task isn't hard enough to complete, simply make it inordinately difficult by ignoring it and experiencing extreme dread when thinking about it! does a task not have its own insurmountable obstacles?? make your own!!
You Aren’t Boring I Just Suck At Conversations I’m Sorry: a novel by me
I’m Not Ignoring You I Just Don’t Know What To Say: a sequel by me
I Feel Like I have Nothing Interesting To Say So I Don’t Say Anything At All And I’m Really Sorry Don’t Stop Talking To Me: the trilogy.
i do not ghost purposely i just have no idea what to say ever
I am now entering that stage where I stop questioning how should I even start my paper and start drowning in random bibliography that is kinda unrelated to the main research but helps exemplify one specific concept and I think that's beautiful
Shout out to fanfic writers who write their favourite characters into incredibly specific niches like complex academic studies or horse taming or the intricacies of the fashion industry or historical politics just because they love it. I do in fact want to learn about your niche interests disguised as a slash fic, thank you

i owe all of my gratitude to a drug addicted consulting detective and his ex-army doctor blogger and i think that says a lot about my personality
Ok so I haven't posted much here for ages so I just decided to come back with sort of a "study life update" not that anyone cares but okay.
First of all in december I finished high school, which is cool even if it didn't feel like an actual graduation since I had online classes only throughout the whole year (btw the school calendar here starts in february/march and ends in december).
Then, like most brazillian students, in january I took the National Exam (whose grade is used to aplly to most colleges). I fucked up. Like terribly. My cellphone's allarm went of (I was so nervous and happened to not turn it off properly by accident) and I obviously got disqualified.
Now I'm focusing on this regional exam I've got in june, which can also get me to a certain university, and, since I'm studying by myself, and by myself only, for the first time since ever, I'm finally able to freely choose my study methods and everything related to it.
Sometimes i just wanna go into woods, live in a small shack, learn french, and fall in love with a family that are my only source of entertainment while sneeking out a night to help them collect firewood.
fuck you, my child is completely fine!
your child romanticises the idea of running far away and completely changing their personality, looks & soul as a way of coping with having no control over their life & being generally dissatisfied with who they have become
