The older woman was beyond supportive of him and Seth working together for Survivor Series. More evidence, to how fake Stephanie really can be. As long as it benefits her, and interests, she’d lie through her teeth to anyone. His head firms crosses, the smirk left from his sniggering now absent, as he leans his frame to respond to her. "As much as I obviously appreciate your concern, I can handle myself Stephanie.." Stephanie had an agenda, all of the McMahons did. Roman had dealt with enough of them to know, had dealt with HER enough to know. This was all part of a game, and Roman wasn’t taking the bait. To say she couldn’t be trusted, would be an understatement...

“That sounds like something I’d say...” Roman muttered out in response, fighting the throbbing headache that came as part of his hangover. Still managing to smirk through his discomfort, patting himself on the back mentally for managing to end up spending the night with Maryse of all people. 

Toned biceps reach out, going downwards to lift his creased shirt up from the hotel room floor. Putting the clothing back onto his built frame, the Samoan continues to dig for the remainder of his clothes. "So, this is the part. Where you offer to buy me breakfast as a thank you, right?" Roman replies again, lifting up his pants in the process and sliding them on. Better to extend an offer than not to, hopefully they’d be able to connect the dots further if she accepts. This sounded like a night, Roman would want to be able to remember after all, with every little detail intact.
