being ace with a libido is like ”i’d like to delete the software”
As a lesbian i will always relate more to trans women than cishet women. Made to feel disgusting and predatory in women's spaces? Check. Berated and mocked for our relation to sexuality and womanhood? Check. Hated for our "deviancy from the norm"? Check. Every single essay about womanhood by a trans woman--and especially, especially by trans wlw--has spoken more to me than anything written by a cis straight woman ever could. T*rfs can take that to the bank.
also, may I add because it's not just the negative stuff. there's so much positive connection:
gender euphoria experiences with a self determined approach to womanhood, attraction and sexuality
celebration of bodies beyond the norm
creating our own culture of appreciating complex and intertwined expressions of gender and sexuality
destigmatization and newfound respect of and for our bodies
true sisterhood based on choice not force
the inherent revolutionary nature of our existence and our love and community
creating space for exploration of pleasure and identity
These posts were fundamental in my coming out as a woman and hopefully someone else will see them and see the overflowing love and acceptance that is waiting for them too.
support aces of colour who are struggling to reclaim their sexuality while being actively fetishized, hypersexualized, and/or desexualized based on their race and intersections of neuro-atypicality, physical disability, etc.
i’m op of this post (i’ve since changed my url) and the amount of bloggers who have reblogged this and tagged it with some variation of “thank you” shows you how important it is to recognize people of colour who are on the ace spectrum
Kotatsu Kisses
Pairing: Kozume Kenma x F!Reader
AN: Like I say in the tags, I should have been working on my Secret Santa fic, but popped this out instead i’m so sorry :/ Idk where this came from tbh. Just general Kenma brainrot + thinking about the absolutely massive kotatsu he canonically owns. Y’all should look at some luxury kotatsu, they’re huge and I want one for myself tbh. He’s just so fucking pretty, I can’t stand it sometimes uwu. To everyone that suggested colors, thank you! But I couldn’t get the Nintendo Joy-Con Red suggestion out of my head jakeigajweo so hopefully I got kinda close lmao!
Warnings: NSFW, 18+, Post-Time Skip, Exhibitionism, uuuuuh Non-consensual Voyeurism but its an accident lmao, Oral Sex (f!receiving), Face Sitting, Inappropriate Uses of a Kotatsu, Established Relationship, mild Dom/sub undertones if you squint, PIV Smut, Dirty Talk, Kenma being v hot n horny, no beta we die like men!
If you like my writing and can afford to, please consider leaving me a tip!
The loud sound of a key being aggressively shoved into the lock of your front door makes your head pop up from the top of the kotatsu, eyes wide upon the haggard though unexpected appearance of Kuroo Tetsuro, wearing a rumpled button up and loosened tie, clearly just off of work. His presence brings a blast of wintry air that makes you wince and draw your shoulders up to your ears.
“K-Kuroo?” You squeak in shock. Knees hit the bottom of the table, the thud muted thanks to the blankets draped around the edge of it.
“Hey,” he grunts, looking angry. He tries to toe out of his dress shoes, practically hissing at them when they don’t immediately come off. He bends down to yank at the laces. “Where the fuck is Kenma? He won’t answer my texts.”
Your mouth pops open but nothing comes out. You wiggle where you sit, the brief moment of silence between you filled with the cheerful music coming from the abandoned Switch on the table.
Kuroo looks up at your silence, squinting in his glare. “Hey, where is he?”
You flounder under his blatant irritation and your own hesitation. “I…He went…o-out.” You swallow, taking a steadying breath, attempting to adjust yourself but feeling the grip on your ass tighten. You can’t help squeezing your legs together as much as they can where you kneel. Which…isn’t much. Anxiety and mild humiliation begins to mix deliciously with everything else you’re feeling while you struggle to keep your shoulders back and from flinching under Kuroo’s gaze.
“Out?” Kuroo scoffed, glancing towards the hallway. “Do you know when he’ll come back?” He doesn’t wait for you to answer, stepping up into your home and striding further inside.
“N…” Lips suction to your clit so quickly you jump with a choked off breath, pulling away so slowly your eyes flutter and you slump forward again with a shudder, rolling your hips down on Kenma’s face. He gives a muted groan, hands squeezing at your ass again, pulling you back towards his mouth. You can’t quite stop the moan that drawls from you, croaky and agonized. “Nnnoooo…?”
You swear you feel Kenma huff a hot breath of laughter against your pussy.

*smacks you over the head with a poorly put-together history textbook I made in crafts* LEARN BISEXUAL HISTORY BEFORE YOU ACT KNOWLEDGABLE
“Bisexual—being emotionally and physically attracted to all genders.” - GLSEN in fucking 1998
“Do not assume that bisexuality is binary or duogamous in nature [...] In fact, don’t assume that there are only two genders.” 1990 Bi Manifesto
“But there are also many bis, such as myself, for whom gender has no place in the list of things that attract them to a person.“ 2002
“Bisexual people are those for whom gender is not the first criteria in determining attraction.” 2003
“Assuming that all bisexuals are never attracted to trans or genderqueer folk is harmful, not only to bi individuals, but to trans and genderqueer individuals who choose to label themselves as bi.”
“Bisexual: A person who is attracted to people regardless of gender (a person does not have to have a relationship to be bisexual!)” 2003
“These data support the argument that, for some bisexual individuals, sexual attraction is not gender-linked.” 1992
Now that we’re approaching 20,000 notes I want to share what I’ve learned since this post first gained traction.
It is increasingly apparent that only a select minority of certain communities are willing to listen to this post and accept that bisexuality’s inclusivity and definition are not up for debate, and that this definition and inclusivity are not new to our community.
It is equally difficult to get through to people who have chosen Latin meanings over history, a hypocritical stance they don’t take up with words like gay or lesbian.
I’ve had more people deny this post’s truth than recognize it as history. I’ve spent hours having to reply to people who do not care about bisexuals than I have talking to people this post helped.
This post is not my opinion, it is a collection of sourced quotes. Despite this being stated over and over again, the content of this post is treated as discourse that is original and unique to my blog.
Actually aroallos deserve better and should be given more recognition, appreciation, respect, and love.
Oh you look down others for being attracted to men wow that sounds shallow and exhausting I'm gonna go suck a dick
For me, men are like vanilla ice cream. That flavor is eons away from being my first choice, but I'd never shame or fault anyone for loving that flavor the most 😁
Bro you can just fuck dudes if you want to, it doesnt have to mean anything
I feel like yall aren’t getting me
A bi person: I like being attracted to guys and it sucks when people act like that's lesser somehow
Y'all, inexplicably: Lol yeah I totally get it sometimes I feel like indulging in trash too
“asexuality is just the lack of a sex drive, or a really low one” uuhhh no. really, no. that is incorrect, you have been lied to, i’m sorry.
asexuality is the lack of sexual attraction to anyone. sex drive is your horny meter. you can still be horny and not be sexually attracted to people! similarly you can be sexually attracted to people and not be horny!! amaze
oh my god this actually clarifies so much thank you
Yes! This is something that hasn’t been talked about enough! In addition to being horny, many asexual people also have sex! Because guess what? You don’t have to be sexually attracted to a person to enjoy it or for it to feel good! Just like there are sex-repulsed aces, there are also aces that masturbate, have sex, watch porn, and have kinks and fetishes. This in no way makes them less ace.
since so many people are coming out as exclusionists, lemme just let yall know, my blog is a safe space for all genders and sexualities. asexuality is part of the lgbtq+ community and pansexuality is super fucking valid. we dont support exclusionists here.
"You shouldn't identify as [blank] because it might confuse the cis/straights"
Honey with as much kindness as can be conveyed through text, that kinda sounds like the fault of the cis/straight people.
The world is filled with complex people and experiences and we don't actually help anyone by saying it isn't. Its the job of the oppressors to clear up their misunderstandings. Not the job of the marginalized to somehow become... not... themselves.
friendly reminder that if you don’t support all aspec identities, you are not an ally. you can’t support aces, alloaces, and aroaces but not support aros and alloaros. you can’t support aces and aros but not support grey-aces and grey-aros. you can’t support acespecs but not support demisexuals.
that’s just not how it works.
if you want to be an ally, support EVERYONE.

JQY (Jewish Queer Youth) is a nonprofit organization supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) Jews and their families in the Orthodox community.
Our mission is to address the unique needs of frum* and formerly frum LGBT Jews. JQY is dedicated to cultivating a Jewish community where no one feels alone, bullied or silenced because of their orientation or gender identity. Special attention is given to youth, young adults and their families; however we have programs for all ages.
*Frum includes: Orthodox, Yeshivish, Chasidish, Sephardic, modern, and traditional Jewish identities.
Are you Bisexual? Bi-friendly? Queer or Questioning? and on Facebook? You are also invited to join us on: Bisexual People of Faith A community for bisexual people from all faith, religious, spiritual, spirit and wisdom traditions.
Jsyk JQY is NOT restricted to just Orthodox Jews, it is open to anyone who is an LGBT Jew regardless of their level of observance, but does have a focus on Orthodox Jews because they often face the most intolerance within the Jewish community.
In 1984, Reconstructionist Rabbinical College began to admit openly gay/lesbian students and was subsequently adopted by the Reconstructionist Federation of Congregations and the Reconstructionist Rabbinical Association. The CCAR (Central Conference of American Rabbis, the Reform Rabbinic leadership organization) has passed numerous declarations in support of Gay rights as early as 1977 and adopted a resolution in 1996 in full support of gay marriage. In 2006, t he Committee on Jewish Law and Standards of the Conservative Rabbinical Assembly passed a resolution saying conservative synagogues may have gay weddings and openly gay clergy. The Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregation has not, to my knowledge, ever passed anything in regards to this but there have been (greatly controversial) openly gay orthodox rabbis and weddings.
In regards to trans rights, to my knowledge, only the reform movement has put forth a resolution. In 2015 the union passed the “Resolution on the Rights of Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming People.” Thats not to say other jewish movements aren’t actively trying to include trans Jews it just means no other movement as a whole has taken such a large step.
But even though othe movements have taken steps doesn’t mean intolerance is no longer in our communities, especially transphobia. So JQY not only accepts Jews of all denominations (including those who do not identify with one) but is necessary for all denominations.
Also frum just means observant/pious and can be used in regards to any Jew, though it is usually used by Ashkenazim as it is a Yiddish word :)
this entered my head and i felt it deep in my soul
Signs you might be asexual
***CW: Mentions of s//x***
Please note that these are just some examples of common ace experiences. You can relate to some of these and not be asexual, and you can relate to just a few or none and be asexual. This is just to give a better understanding of asexuality to those who are questioning.
* = for alloromantic asexuals
You’re only “attracted” to celebrities, fictional characters, or other people you can’t actually be with.
Sexual fantasies include you only as a 3rd person observer.
Sexual fantasies tend to be based on porn or erotic stories rather than your own imagination.
Sexual fantasies only include yourself.
Sexual fantasies include fictional characters or celebrities, and never real people in your life.
* You don’t really have a “type.”
Having sex seems more like a theoretical thing that could happen in the future rather than something you’re actively interested in.
Your first reaction to seeing a hot person is not that you want to have sex with them.
Having a sexual relationship is more something expected of you than something you actually want.
The way others talk about attraction seems like an exaggeration or a joke.
* Sex is less important in a romantic relationship to you than kissing or cuddling.
You can only imagine yourself having sex with someone you’re very comfortable with, like a long-time partner.
I hope this helps clear some things up for questioning folks. Please feel free to add more you think of!
Welcome (back) to #AggressivelyArospectacular!
#AggressivelyArospectacular is a week-long event promoting the creation or original content in arospec communities.
Are you arospec? Do you paint portraits, draw comics, write poetry, make music, invent stories? Do you make photo-edits or short films? Or maybe jewerly? Or sculptures? Or anything else? In short, do you create?
Because if so, this event is here for you!
From the 8th to the 14th of November, submit any original creative content you want us to see by tagging it as #AggressivelyArospectacular in the first five tags or sending us a link through our submission box. Your work will then be shared on this blog for our community to enjoy.
Your work does not have to specifically focus on arospec experiences, although we always appreciate a content warning if your piece features romantic content.
Please submit as many pieces in as many different mediums as you like! We would love to be able to spam other people’s dash with art for a whole week.
Let’s show the world how diverse and creative the arospec community is!
(For more information, check out our about page and FAQ section, as well as our #AggressivelyArospectacular tag. Please note that, unlike our other yearly event, #AggressivelyArospectacular is focused on original content, not fanworks.)
