The Emotion Challenge

One of the hardest emotion to manage is ANGER 😡😡😡.Fortunately I can manage it myself. I think the simpliest way to manage anger is to take a deep breath and think about the best decision to do rather than being mad. There are plenty of ways to manage your emotion, one is asking some advice to a friend or just simply never minding the person that makes you angry because you know that if you show your anger, you'll just make the situation worse.

Drinking coffee makes me feel relaxed and forget all the problems in life,by just sitting for a while and enjoy a cup of coffee. It also helps me think better and make the best decisions. I chose this kind of design to my mandala because I can see peace on it. Moon shaped arts reminds me of what my personality is...as silent as nature at night, covered with darkness but enlightened by the stars 🌟 that shine so bright. Making this mandala makes me feel so comfortable and I can feel relaxed 🍃 like I'm on my happy place,away from the world 🌍 full of cruelty and chaos. 🌚🌜
