All things spooky are brewing in our cafe! For the first time we are diving into the haunting season with a new event featuring our ghostly friends. Much like secret admirers and secret santa, we are bringing together all those who are fans of Halloween.

you will be writing a fic for someone else that applies. just like a secret santa gift, you will be a ghostly friend.
you must write a fic that is at least 500 words, and it cannot be a continuation of your current projects. it must be made originally for the person you are partnered with.
you must send at least two anonymous asks to your assigned person every week. this is a way for you to get to know them.
do not expose your identity to your partner until your fic is posted. please try your best to remain anonymous.
a list of genres shall be listed below that you are welcome to choose. this gives an idea for your partner on what to write.
the theme is Halloween so please keep in mind it must follow that genre.
there will be a discord server for this event. it is best you have a discord for the sake of communication, but we can make it work if you do not have one.
use our event tag #horrorwoodcafe22 when posting your fic for this event.

Hi! I know a lot of people have been wanting to apply. Unfortunately, I lost access to the forms and spreadsheets associated with the network. That means that if you applied in May, I do not know. You will have to redo the application unfortunately.
Also! I have lost access to knowing to the pseuds of current members lmao. If you have it in you, please “reapply” just so I can have your url and age.
I had no idea and didn’t have the means to queue until today. And that’s when I noticed everything was gone.
