By 10:40, everyone was in a perfect mood and ready to go. Once everything was packed up into the back of the van, everyone piled in and were on their way to the park. It was a short drive and hilarious due to Jackson and Bambam having a rap battle in the back of the van, causing everyone to nearly burst into tears of laughter and Mark to nearly swerve into the next lane.
You hopped out of the van once Mark parked, enjoying the warmth of the sun hitting your skin. It had been awhile since you went out like this due to your school and work schedule and Got7’s career. Now, you and your amazing group of friends were enjoying the time off to relax and enjoy each others company for the time being.
You lay the blankets on the grass and let the guys pile the rest of the items; them not wanting you to carry anything. Such gentlemen.
Jaebum sighs as he watches you orginize the ice chests and basket on the blanket. He was thinking on how to confront you to go through with the plan; cautiously glancing at Youngjae to make sure he was distracted by Jinyoung. Shaking off his nerves, he makes his way to you and wipes his hands on his pants.
Standing a few feet away, Jackson notices Jaebum approching you. Thinking fast, he lets out a screech and charges at Jaebum; only to get tackled by Yugyeom. “Aish! Why would you do that?”
Jaebum stands at the end of the blanket, bending over and tapping your shoulder to get your attention. Peering over your shoulder, you jump at how close Jaebum was. “Frick. You scared me.” Smacking his chest, you let out a laugh. “Don’t do that.”
He laughs along with you and lends you a hand, helping you to your feet. “Im sorry.” Taking this as an opportunity, he keeps holding onto your hand. “How about I make it up to you? There’s a candy stand not to far from here. I can get you some if you want.” You agree and let him take you to the stand.
Following the plan, Jinyoung kept Youngjar distracted long enough for Jaebum to make his move because right after, Youngjae noticed the you missing. “Y/n?” I scans the area, spotting Jackson and Yugyeom laying in the grass.
“Excuse me. I need to speak to Jackson.” He states, going over to the two on the grass.
“Jackson? Where did Y/n go?” Jackson becomes hesitant then points in the direction of you and Jaebum. Youngjae squints slightly and sees you holding hands with his leader. “No. They knew.”
Glaring at Jinyoung, he bites his tongue to hold back his anger and storms in the direction of the girl he loves. “Seriously? You had to ruin his chances with the only person he fell in love with just because our leader is in love with her too.” Jinyoung doesn’t say anything and just watches Youngjae go after the two; instantly regretting it after hearing Jackson’s words. Throughout the whole ordeal Yugyeom just sits there unsurprised because he already knew that 2Jae were in love with the only girl he felt normally comfortable around and called a sister.
“You knew that Jinyoung and now his chances are probably ruined. Don’t you see how close they are? Now its a mess and who knows what might happen!”
Jinyoung uses this time to speak up and looks at Jackson. “I’m sorry okay. I didn’t know Youngjae was in love with her that much. I should’ve known better alright! I was tired last night when I made this plan with JB. He woke me up.”
“What do you think when Mark hears about this? He’s related to her and he isn’t going to be happy when he finds out about what you did. I was trying to help our love strucken friend and look, he’s running after her.”
“I get it Jackson! Okay. I get it. And I’ll help you fix this. Just dont let them know about our previous plans. Understand?” Jackson nods before turning to the maknae who was somehow still on the floor. “This goes for you too. Don’t tell BamBam about this either.”
“Good. So whats the plan Jackson.” Jinyoung asks. Jackson stares at him dumbfounded, causing the other two to sigh.
