EVER HAD A POEM OR SONG WRITTEN ABOUT YOU? yes, and to this day i do not know what it contained. it was a poem written by a boy i dated for a whopping one (1) week. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU PLAYED AIR GUITAR? oh, man, i have no clue in the slightest. probably in the past week. i’m a loser. WHO IS YOUR CELEBRITY CRUSH? ggggod, i have so many. i’ll cheat and say it’s the singin’ trio all at once. gene, debbie, and donald were unfairly attractive. WHAT’S A SOUND YOU HATE; SOUND YOU LOVE? chewing. dry crunching is okay sometimes. but if you smack your lips or chew with your mouth open while eating you’re dead to me. i’ve never had to think of a sound i love. uh. um. stepping on dry leaves? DO YOU BELIEVE IN GHOSTS? yeah! HOW ABOUT ALIENS? affirmative! DO YOU DRIVE? yeah. IF SO, HAVE YOU EVER CRASHED? a-yup. wrecked my car on a food delivery once. WHAT WAS THE LAST BOOK YOU READ? hhh I DON’T KNOW. probably one of the books in the southern reach trilogy. DO YOU LIKE THE SMELL OF GASOLINE? nope! WHAT WAS THE LAST MOVIE YOU SAW? in theaters: shazam. at home: singin’ in the rain. WHAT’S THE WORST INJURY YOU’VE EVER HAD? burnt my calf on a muffler on my grandpa’s motorcycle when i brushed up against it a while ago. it melted the first layer or two of skin, and i have a faded scar that shrunk to the size and shape of an egg. DO YOU HAVE ANY OBSESSIONS RIGHT NOW? golden era, honestly. DO YOU TEND TO HOLD GRUDGES AGAINST PEOPLE WHO HAVE DONE YOU WRONG?even if i’m not blatant about it i tend to stay leery of someone for a while after they’ve wrong me, even if things are resolved. it’s more a matter of trust more than spite? i don’t know. it’s hard for me to not hold grudges when people wrong me. it just ... depends. so. yes and no. IN A RELATIONSHIP? no, which is extremely unfortunate. i’m a soft gay, give me love!Â
oh, you shouldn’t believe all that banana oil. ( sincerely, hokeless + hokeful! )Â

DONNY, HUH?
do something, call me a cab! — for don.
source material. accepting! @hokeful.Â
   what luck they’ve wrought, the two of them.Â
   there’s something familiar about this, here. cosmo’s breezer sits useless on the curb, only three of its four tires left intact. standing prim and straight, weight tilted into the balls of his feet, don folds his arms over his chest and tucks his hands beneath his underarms. do something, cosmo insists. call me a cab! don’s brow lifts, along with his chin.Â
   ‘ okay, ’ he agrees, spreading his hands openly. ‘ you’re a cab. ’Â
let it be known that cosmo and kathy are the only ones who can get away with calling don donny without garnering a tight-lipped smile and the brush of a cold shoulder.Â
hokeful‌.
     ‘ say, kathy! ’ he had intended to come to a stop a few feet back, but the floor is too freshly waxed and his soles too heavily worn for tight estimates. he taps her shoulder lightly with his knuckles. ‘ where ya been? ’
@hokeless!
   she hasn’t even discarded her overcoat, only barely through the door when cosmo comes sliding in. still, she spares him the lifted corner of her mouth, teeth peeking out to nip at her lower lip in time with the rise of a conspiratorial brow. ‘ wellll, ’ kathy drags the word out. ‘ if you must know -- ’ she pauses only as long as it takes her to step sidelong to hang her coat up, and then she pivots on her heel, pressing her palms together in front of her.Â
   ‘ there’s a sewing circle in town right now. ’Â
@hokeful.
   ‘ come now, old boy, don’t be shy. ’ don gestures loosely at the mustache, mouth upturned lopsidedly beneath it. ‘ i can still take cash. ’Â
@atethrough.
   in a tone entirely too unconvincing by half, ‘ don’t worry, i’m not a criminal. ’Â
@goldticket.
   ‘ see, you’ve nearly got it. ’ kathy clicks a foot against the ground, heel to toe, then patiently demonstrates the step once more. ‘ -- like so. ’Â
hey ... teeny weeny tiny starter call. might be based off of canon dialogue, might not.
