Today, I've learned about something. I have realized something about the circumstances everyone os facing right now. This is what I've read on a post in social media. "People say we're on the same boat in this pandemic. No, we're not. We're in the same ocean but never on the same boat. Some are on yachts, others are on ships, sturdy, strong and safe. But most of us are on wooden boats, others are clinging on to the floaters, and many are still drowning." I definitely agreed on this because not everyone of us has privilege. Not everyone of us can be as sturdy and strong to face this pandemic especially those who are under different circumstances. Not everyone of us can guarantee our safety. And this made me realize to value everything during the pandemic. I want to be thankful that during this long month quarantine, we were still be able to eat properly and provide our necessities.

Today, I also tookthe other 2 quizzes in Analytical Chemistry and I also got perfect scores for both. I also finished my poem to be read in compliance with our activity in Art Appreciation. My poem tackles about my personal views in life and it focuses on my own view about the future.

The thought of feeling like you can't do anything right today. The thought of hoping to be successful in life if you can't do just a simple task. It's not the end of the world. There's so much more to life. There is a place wwe can call home. We're surrounded by friends and family who loves us. We are trying to be the best version of ourselves today. And to do that, we need to be patientpatient with ourselves. Because despite of the setbacks, we have so much to be thankful for.

This day, I also got a perfect score in our 4 quizzes in Analytical Chemistry. The questions were quite easy since the answers can be easily found on the PowerPoint sent by our professor.

I am very thankful for a perfect score in our Prin2 quizzes. They are difficult but I managed to answer all of them correctly and I'm proud of it.

"Wag kang matakot. Di mo ba alam nandito lang ako sa'yong tabi. Di kita pababayaan kailanman." I learned today that there is someone who believes in our ability. Whether they are our family, friends or love ones, always remeber that they will be always there in every problems we are facing. So don't be afraid. Fighting!

The best thing that happened to me today was watching the "Ang Huling El Bimbo The Hit Musical" which is a Philippine Theater. I learned a lot from this musical play. The characters did their role to portray what issues are happening in the Philippines right now. When the media (Hector) fails to deliver the truth, when the government (Emman) fails to keep its promise, and when the rich (Anthony) fails to understand the poor's struggles, the less privilege (Joy) will continue to be opressed. It also taught me that the person with you in your happy moments could not be the person with you in your sad moments. in the end, we only got ourselves. We've got to be our own hero because everyone is busy trying to save themselves.

Since I finished all the midterm exams yesterday, I rest all day. That satisfies me because my midterm exams has a good result. I did my usual habit of watching Kdrama and playing online games.

Bakit ako susuko? E marami pa ako pangarap?" This was also a quote sent by our teacher in Prin2 that gave me strength throughout all day because of another activity posted by our teacher in Art Appreciation. I know that we need to comply to every requirements given by our professor to pass this semester and sometimes I thought of giving up. There's a lot of circumstances I'm facing right now both in studying and in the house. Yes, I need to study but I need to do household chores also. I wash the dishes everyday, do the laundry and sometimes I babysit my cousin. This situation of me really needs a good time management and I'm thankful that I am doing it great right now. That quote motivates me since I am a scholar and has maintaining grade. I learned that this is just a challenge. I went through a lot than this so I must not be afraid from what I am suffering right now. I believe that all of my sacrifices will bear a great result.

Today, the best thing that happened to me is that I got a perfect score in our midterm exam in Purposive Communication subject and I also got a 5 mistakes in our Midterm exam in Understanding the Self subject. I am still satisfied with the results I got in our midterm exam and I want to thank God for helping me took the exam easily because of our internet connection. Since I live in a 'bukid', I am nervous because our connection is unstable. So I took the exam late in the midnight to be safe because the signal is high when it is around 12am. Luckily, I didn't get any problem while taking the exams and the questions were very familiar to me since I studied our lessons. I hope that this will continue until finals.

Hangga't may isang naniniwala, magpatuloy ka!" This quote was also sent by our Prin2 teacher, Sir Jhudiel that motivates me to answer my midterm exam ni Analytical Chemistry and Art Appreciation. I am very thankful for the results since I got no mistakes greater than 5. I hope that this will continue to other examinations we will be taking.

Mon. May. 4

Don't stop when you're tired. STOP when you are done." "Work hard, dream big and never give up." This was the quotes sent by our teacher in PRIN2 that made my day. I was very thankful for him because of these motivational quotes that pushed me to finish and accomplish my midterm requirement for NSTP 2 which is a poster. I put all my effort in arts to finish my poster even though I am not good in arts especially like blending of colors to create a good image. But since I read it, I didn't lose hope to finish it by today.

Today, I am grateful for the knowledge I gained from what I reviewed in different subjects especially in minor. This week is the schedule for our midterm exams in these Minor subjects. I know that this pandemic is affecting our study habits but I am thankful that I go through with it. I just hope that the results will be great since I put lot of effort to study.

The highlight of my day was hiking in Mt. Malarayat. It is located near our place and we went there 4 am in the morning. Beautiful views, mountains, greenery, the trail itself, weather, far away from crowd and boring daily routine and probably most important.. travelling with friends made this experience a memorable one. I am very thankful for this experience because as I walked with nature, I came back home with man beautiful experiences.

This Labor Day, I would like to thank the Medical Laboratory Scientists for their hardwork and dedication in providing accurate, precise & reliable laboratory results in order for the physicians to arrive in the same amount of diagnostic accuracy and treatment for our patients. They are great frontliners who fought for Covid-19 pandemic. People may have a little knowledge about MedTech maybe some of them doesn’t know that they exist but one thing’s for sure, they are there whenever they need them the most. Hidden but definitely not silent. Their quality of work shouts for us. Their profession is unique and amazing.

A month has now gone by since I’ve decided to completely let go of my toxic past, to stop checking in on people who only want to hurt me and that made me learnt something from it. I have to say that I'm thankful because I’ve genuinely felt more like myself, and more happy, since I’ve put all of that up. I learned that letting go is so freeing..
