i love the fact that the dirk gently fandom spent a staggeringly high amount of time arguing over the color of the main characters hair. to the point of getting both the actor and hairstylist to comment on it, only for his hair to be a completely different color the following season

saw a mutual mention how farah is the big spoon with todd the morning after sound of nothing and that got me thinking about their relationship n like. i do think m*x l*ndis was fairly committed to making them a weird couple but the truth of their characters is that they were on the run for 2 months, and the only consistency and grounding they had was each other. they found much-needed comfort in each other – they got “close” and some “stuff happened” between them but ultimately they’re just friends, as farah says. they were physically intimate to an unknown degree, and they were basically constantly mid-mental breakdown. they are very close friends, and i think that’s the way their relationship in s2 should be viewed, at least to some extent
