bruce being in the dc universe is kinda funny because this man, who wants to keep a low profile and stay in the shadows and keep his life away from drama, really went to GOTHAM of all places.

with  a  sigh  ,      bruce  puts  down  the  needle  and  nylon  suture  on  the  cart  beside  the  exam  table  ,                taking  off  the  rubber  gloves  and  discarding  them  .      with  a  ghost  of  a  smile  ,      he  looks  clint  in  the  eyes  before  cupping  his  stubbled  face  in  his  hands  .         "        you  did  the  right  thing  ,      clint  ,        "         he  says  finally  ,      even  planting  a  kiss  on  the  blonde's  forehead  .       "        you  could've  done  it  with  fewer  injuries  ,      though  ,      but  what  can  we  do  ,      truly  ?      heroes  do  what  heroes  do  ,      i  guess  .        "

he  let  the  smile  linger  for  a  bit  ,      before  he  switches  back  to  doctor  mode  .      he  replaced  the  gloves  with  new  ones  ,      and  then  picked  up  the  needle  and  thread  again  .        "        now  .      sit  still  and  don't  move  .      i'd  rather  you  come  out  of  this  room  without  a  fucked-up  scar  .        "
