Windows 8... its amazing how it is still classed as being a piece of technology that scares people... until the transformation takes over and the operating system is explored for its beauty and new innovation that Microsoft have developed. Demo's have been crazy with many students wanting to understand how they can make their learning more efficient and effective... multi-tasking, Skydrive and Office are just some of the ways to improve your studying but what will be your favourite...? Everyone loves December...

What a month December has been... hectic to say the least!!! With everyone looking for new presents and what new bits of tech they want... Windows 8 has been a hit with students, especially with the help of the lil Christmas Santa's! This month also saw me secure a Microsoft Grad Role, being an Ambassador just proved how motivated I am about Windows and Microsoft! Got my Christmas Present, but for those of you who got Windows 8 for your Christmas present... keep a look out for me in the new term for any handy hints and tips.... Happy Christmas and a very Happy New Year everyone... xxx

I'm tired of hearing about what a huge adjustment using Windows 8 is. I'm using it on a desktop right now, more speedily than I ever could use Windows 7.

Windows 8 is just that! Speaking to first years in their lecture this week... it is amazing the reaction I had to Skydrive! As Bill Gates said, technology needs to be a part of our lives and these students now understand more to why they need Windows 8 in their lives!

Hey all you bloggers.... welcome to the newbie on here... my name is Hollie and I am the Go-To Ambassador for Windows 8 at De Montfort University! Exciting... I know!

Not sure to the significance Windows 8 has on your life as a student... stop right there and now is the time to learn! (Intrigued... of course you are!) You know you want to learn how to work faster, more efficiently and most importantly how can you be as social as possible!
