being a kid and hearing adults say stuff like "woah 2011 was 4 years ago haha" didn't really convey the fucking horror of a youtube video crossing my recommended labelled "9 years ago" and it's from 2017. that's not true. 9 years ago is 2010 or something. don't lie.
I (re)watched : 'Coraline' 🗝️ (2009)
I revamped an OC of mine and of the many I made I find her to be one of my favorite and interesting OCs. She takes pictures of murder scenes before anyone finds the body. She doesn't do anything with them, she just collects them, though in her story I want her to cross paths with the mob (she's worked with them before). There's a lot of supernatural shit that would be more like liminal space backrooms type of shit. I just find her fascinating and her energy is so *chefs kiss*
I have a playlist for her and am taking up drawing again???? I want art of her. She is precious to me.
Getting into perfume makes you question your sanity. You think you won't become like the people on Fragrantica who have favorite scents for hiking and that you just like to smell nice, but then one day you will think, "Hmm, what perfume should I wear to bed?" And that's when you know you've gone insane. "Which one would be best for the farmer's market?" I've lost my mind.
Wearing perfume on pure vibes of the day, do I want to smell like a bruised flower on a dreary evening, or a fairy sprite zipping through a festive night market? Today was a fresh spring creek haunted by sweet memories.
I'm not finishing this season. Goodbye Euphoria. Fuck you Sam Levinson. I'll miss you Jules, Maddy and Lexi.
Wtf, wtf, lexi isn't lexi, are you insane.
And the fucking preachiness, this is a joke for idiots.
Prepping myself for indulging in whatever fresh hell Sam Levinson decided to write for this season
Bouta start the damn episode, brb, wish me a swift death
Let this wild ass show begin again?
It's clean the Euphoria was always going to fall into story tropes that Sam Levinson clearly prefers and desires, which is so disappointing. The first season wasn't his to begin with, or at least wasn't what he was used to, and when everyone was hyped for season 2, the pressure was certainly on, coupled with lock down, bts drama, shit got fucked, and he didn't know what to do but what he did know. That wasn't season 1. with season 3 coming out it isn't a natural progression from season 1. the first line from season 2 was Rue going on about Fez's grandma being a bad ass drug dealer, and with the idea that Rue would go that route 'cause she relapsed, and is missing Jules, I didn't by it. Rue was terrified of Mouse, she even said once guns were involved, she was out. Now here we are, and I'm only going off what I saw in the trailers, but it isn't even Euphoria, it lost its core, it lost its essence. Nate is completely different and is one of the antagonists I hated so much I wanted to see how fucked up his story was going to be. I don't really see that, and after the weird character mistreatment in last season, the ending for him in season 2 don't make for this odd character switch up. Even with the time jump. Everyone else seems the same, but that feels odd too, why only Nate? Rue said last season she stayed clean for the rest of the school year. That leaves room for Rue to fall back into addiction, but like, come on, come on, that whole season was just Rue getting some grip on herself and her addiction. You're putting a scene of Rue in withdraw, crying and drooling, in so much pain she can't open a Jolly Rancher. Fuck you.
I hate, just hate how this went from the struggles of teens in the suburbs to Hollywood theatrics. And maybe I'm wrong, I'm hate watching the next season, but I don't think I am, and it's another show/movie going to the dumpster because the creator/writer/studio were too much of cowards to commit to the vision they started.

Being agnostic, not having much experience with the church, there are days like today where I'm trying to go about my business and it gets fucked over. I just spent the last forty minutes waiting in the cold and snow for the bus, and for the last twenty I was starting to get really annoyed with how late it was, going and looking up if there was something I missed about today, and finding they don't service on Good Friday 😑. Happy Easter y'all.
