I've been playing A LOT of Zenless Zone Zero of late and Nicole has to be one of my favourite characters in the series, so I had to whip something up dedicated to her! A friend of mine commissioned me to draw Son Goku, in honor of the passing of the beloved Akira Toriyama. I've not really talked about it much, but Dragon Ball Z, like many other kids in the west from the early 2000's was some of the very first anime I was ever introduced to, along with others like Sailor Moon, Digimon, Pokemon, Monster Rancher and many more and from there I'd continued to watch Eastern animation way into my 30's.
As such Dragon Ball has always held a special place in my heart, even as much as I disagree and complain about the way Toei Animation is currently handling the property and I do worry how the property will continue without Akira, I will still love the show regardless. I remember burning the DBZ songs onto CDS with Napster, hanging posters on my fall, seeing Majin Buu from a Japanese exclusive poster and wondering what the hell it was. I guess what I'm saying is I will always love this show, for without it, I'd not be the person I am today.
As for the picture itself, I knew I could never replicate Akira Toriyama's style one to one and it be foolish of me to even attempt it, but I decided to purposely go with little design choices to reflect his influence, such as using a more muted grey-ish black for one, to make Goku's hair feel a lot more natural than what we were use to seeing.

This was an interesting commission, first time using a custom 3D model to aide in rendering the scene out and I feel like because of it the image is much stronger, will definitely be looking into try to replicate this in the future, if only I can find the time to work on 3D, maybe I can start to make some more interesting backdrops?

I was happy enough to be commissioned by DaLatexCouple to create a Secret Santa present for the wonderful Plasma-dragon featuring their character Selladore enthralling a usual suspect phantomdotexe's Phantom, who seems to be sporting a brand new outfit! --- This was a lot of fun to work, I haven't really drawn much fetishy stuff in awhile and I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss it, not to mention this picture created a lot of unique challenges for me, one being Phantom's new outfit, really wanted to show it was her, but give you guys something to look at, so I took inspiration from some outfits from Ghost In the Shell to create the new look and I think it's quite nice. As for Selladore, It was fun to work on someone with such a unique and interesting fashion sense, would you believe me if I said her collar was the hardest part to get down? ---

Little tricky at first, having two characters occupy the same space is always tricky. But that's art, draw something difficult to get better at drawing something difficult. A piece Commissioned by a close friend of mine, wanted a picture of our OCs playing games with each other, at first I tried something simpler, just the two of us, sitting next to each other and having a good time. But it didn't feel intimate enough so then I tried something way too intimate and after a while I googled up some references of couples gaming together and found so truly 'gamer' poses and decided to go with those.

On June 1st I held a Sub-A-thon with one of the goals being a free Commission if we were able to reach 100subs! Excitedly we did and as a result, the prize went to the third runner up after the two initial winners declined the prize, giving us this piece! I'm very happy with this image for multiple reasons, as it's the first time I've gotten to draw a few things, for one, a short stack (little upset the borgor covers the chest) and for second some good looking food! I really wanted to draw food that looked tasty and a little mouth watering, so I put as much effort as could into the colour palette to really make the burger pop on this one!.

If anyone is wondering where the picture is? It's up on my Patreon, but you are probably wondering, why? Simply, I'm poor, and I wanna keep making wonderful art for everyone, but I'm unable to just release everything I make any-more completely free, I have to pay pills and I'm also not really getting any Commissions, so my solution. My Patreon is back open, how will this work? Anytime I finish a new image that isn't Commission or Vtuber related, it's going up on the Patreon, for two whole months, after which, it goes public.
