This is in appreciation of SIAD (Self Injury Awareness Day)

Remember, anybody, even your favorite celebrity to even a family member can suffer from self-harm. Always be that helping hand when somebody you love, even a celebrity is suffering from self-harm. Don't judge, don't bully, don't hate, be helpful, be supportive, be the shoulder they need.

And remember, it's not just March 1st you should be supportive. You should be supportive and show awareness to to self-harm EVERYDAY. :)
