“Have you loved you today?” Have you? Maybe all you did today was get out of bed to nourish yourself with food, and that’s okay. Maybe the only form of exercise you could accomplish today was walking to your shower and back. Maybe you couldn’t change from your pajamas today and didn’t move from the couch. Some days you’ll have the best workout of your life while accomplishing everything on your to-do list, and others you’ll only be able to wash your hair. Both are valid. It may be the first week of a new year but that doesn’t mean everything that was tougher from 2015 magically disappears. You’re doing the best you can. Reminder to love YASELF and give yourself a break. ✍🏻💟
