Here are some more goodies i got during the last month!
First up ISA Professional Digital LCD Ceramic Flat Iron Hair Straightener!
Its been a long while since i have gotten a new flat iron for my kinky and borderline unmanageable ethnic hair, so i was excited when i was given a chance to try this product out. As i expected the results i got after using this was great, i was able to turn it on and set the temperature (Usually 450 for me) and i was surprised at how hot it got so quickly, usually when i set my old flat iron to this temp it still was difficult to straighten because it was not hot enough i guess, but with this flat iron i was able to straighten my hair comfortably on 300temp instead of 450, or it would have been waaay to hot. my hair was easy to straighten after washing and blow drying, and instead of spending 1 1/2 hours straightening, it only took about 30minutes , and that's a huge improvement from what i’m used to. The only irritation i came across though was my bad habit of gripping the flatiron while using it. I would often accidently either turn it off or adjust the temperature, but i’m sure its just a self awareness issue, since i found that placing my thumb just above the buttons helped a lot, i did not think to do it this way first because i was afraid that particular area would be too hot, but i was wrong so its all good!. And as a bonus i was given free Extra Virgin Argan Oil! i was not expecting this to come with it but i’m very happy about it!.
I would recommend this for anyone who has unruly or stubborn hair (Or ethic hair) because it does help to keep your hair straight.
Next is the Biotin - This product surprised me because i have a long history of headaches whenever i use anything with Biotin it in for some reason. This product however did NOT cause me to get headaches, but i did get minor breakouts the first week, and after that the breakouts stopped, don’t get me wrong they were minor and barely noticeable so it was easy to deal with. As with my overall results during the first month since using it, my hair grew about 3 inches longer than it usually does(1inch lol) i know that this is a dramatic change for me because i have a sibling who’s known for alway having longer hair than me while growing up, and now the tables have turned! Haha.
And lastly I have Hair Skin and Nails Vitamin Complex with Biotin -
This is another product i would recommend for thoes who are looking for healthier looking skin hair and nails. After using this for a month i noticed my nails were growing crazy fast to the point where i would have to trim them at least once a week, and i usually can go an entire month without trimming them because they usually grow very slow, and on top of they they look so clear and healthy, my family often compliments me on how nice they look (dark looking nails run in my family), same with my skin, my skin is now very soft to the touch, ESPECIALLY the skin around my hands, i would often catch my little sister rubbing my hands and wondering why they were so soft and healthy looking. So the effect this product had on my skin and nails were nearly immediate,As for my hair its growing a steady 3 inches a month, and longer on different parts of my head, like around my temples and the lower back part of my head. I don't know why but these few areas tend to grow hair a lot faster than the rest of my head but nonetheless i'm very happy with my results!.

I Recently have gotten the opportunity to try out these three nice products, and i have to say i'm pretty impressed!.
Berry Sleepy - Sleep Aid : Out of the many melatonin type of sleep aids i have tried, this is by for my favorite with one main reason. IT TASTES GREAT! it soo sweet and tastes like (you already know it) BERRYS! I never thought that there could ever be a way to make this type of supplement actually taste good! and on top of that it works, within 30 minutes of taking this, i start to feel sleepy, over time i have begun to notice the different types of “sleepy” feelings when taking a melatonin type of sleep aid vs non-melatonin sleep aid and its simply that melatonin effects feel more natural to me.
But i have always struggles with problems when taking melatonin, and that's that they tend to cause me to get headaches, this is the main reason i shy away from anything with melatonin in it. for the first few days this product did give me slight headaches but after thoes few days the headaches stopped. I’m not sure if its because my body had adjusted itself to taking this supplement but hey! i was happy in the end regardless!.
Glass French Press Coffee Maker - This one i found to be pretty neat because i have never used a coffee maker or french press before, so this was a whole new experience for me. I ended up loving just how simplistic this was. its pretty straight forward when it comes to use as well and it works! i have used it to make coffee and tea but honestly this became a staple for me when i started using it more and more for making my tea, often times my family members would use it and thank the heavens for it when for some odd reason their tea leaves would break out of its bag, so it does an astounding job with filtering away the tea leaves, keeping our drinks nice and pure.
Antifungal Soap with Tea Tree Oil - New favorite Soap here! its an Antifungal soap made to naturally help treat skin problems like Neem, Fungus, Ringworm, Acne and more while also soothing and healing your skin using the natural power of Tea Tree Essential Oils!. I found this product wonderful because even though its considered a foot soap, this can just as well be used on your entire body which means that this is a multipurpose soap, and that makes this soap my kind of soap! My absolute favorite thing about this soap is how it FEELS during and after use! it smells divine and you can literally feel the nice cooling and soothing effects from the essential oils, and that's the type of feeling i look for when trying anything with natural ingredients in it along with essential oils. I really really like this product and i hope to keeping a stock of this in my house. This product did go VERY fast though but its only because my other 6 family members LOVE this product as well!.

Summer Reviews
Both of these are wonderfully made sleep masks that i had gotten an opportunity to try out The Bottom one is by Smarter Rest and the one on the top is by Lazy Lids Both are very high quality sleep masks that i do recommend!
Both sleep mask’s are pretty standard but its uniqueness comes from the very soft cushions on the back that sure did give me a lot of comfort during the night and when i take afternoon naps, along with an adjustable strap to control how tight or loose you want the sleep mask to be, they also have a nice silky texture in the front as well as around the nose area, i like that it gives my eyes a bit a breathing room while wearing it since i have recently started trying to grow my eyelashes out more, and as they grow i’m having to loosen the strap more and more because if its even a little tight my eyelashes will start irritating my eyes so to be able to adjust the tightness is extremely convenient!. I’m The type of person who loves to sleep in a cold room with a fan sitting in my face but as much as i like the cool air it tends to dry out my eyelashes during the night as well as cause my face to sometimes start getting to cold, so the mask tends to act like a mini blanket/pillow for my eyes and upper cheek area, an i’m one to use therapeutic oils on my eyelashes to keep them hydrated and strong, having the mask on helps to shield my eyelashes from the dry air and even holds the moisture in on my eyelashes as well.
Both of these products are great choices and natural alternative to artificial face moisturizer and refreshing scents to have around your house.
The Organic facial moisturizer Nouveau/Organica is fantastic, and i want to start off by saying that i found a huge use for this when i ended up with some minor cuts on my face not too long ago. The cuts hurt a lot and was irritated easily especially when my face got dry weather it be from cold air or after washing my face with non-face soap(soap that dry my skin), as the skin started to heal over the small scaring hardened and turned dark . To other people it just looked like i had dark bags under my eyes which was not good for me so in an attempt to speed up the healing process in started washing my face more frequently that i was used to and each time was a chore and very painful since the area would start to sting and hurt a lot during and after washing my face. I hated using other lotions on my face because it would only make the pain so much worse, to the point where it became almost unbearable, probably due to the artificial ingredients, so i would end up not using a moisturizer on the areas but the dryness kept the pain there until i eventually started just using this product on my face from then on, the results were near instant, not only did it NOT irritate the problem areas, it actually calmed the pain down while hydrating my entire face, even though i went overboard with it and my face would end up looking really greasy it was so worth it. The hardened irritated areas that usually formed back after washing my face did not come back what so ever and my skin proceeded to heal up a lot faster with minimal pain after a few days.
The Lemon Essential Oils by LeLenuneNaturals i turned out liking a lot because the smell was so wonderful. I ended up occasionally using it around my house because the air would smell so clean, as if i used a cleaning product around the house, it was always soo refreshing, i had to limit using it around my room though since my room is kinda small using even two drops was enough to give me a shocking headache, but i did find that using it in a bigger room was alot more effective since i noticed that i was able t indirectly bring the smell into my room just by walking from my kitchen to my room.
This is another great essential oil product by Radha. This type of essential oil is new to me but, Its smell is wonderful and light compared to most mainstream essential oils but i like to call it a perk since i tend to go overboard when placing drops of this stuff around my house(in my reed diffusers of course), This is also pretty good to try out if you want your clothes to smell nice in the dryer without using fabric softeners and such..
This is Total Tea. Its made to help out as a nice gentle detox for your body, and it is as gentle as most of the products i have tried before, which were not many after that one time i tried out a detox in the past and considered it one of the most regrettable decisions i have made in my life because my stomach just kind of went to hell on me for 2 days and it scared me away from any form of detox since then until now. I started to see its effectiveness after about a week after drinking a big cup once a day. at first though i had a difficult time because whenever i drink tea i always add sugar....sometimes a lot of sugar..and i was afraid of trying this out since i did not want to kill off its effectiveness by adding artificial sugar to it, so i instead thought about adding honey in its place for more flavor so i sent an email to one of the customer support/representative and within a few days they said that using honey would not dilute its effectiveness what so ever and that made me a happy camper and i was more eager to give it a try, its safe to say that it was worth it because it ended up tasting great.
This is Biotin, for hair growth by Regenepure. I did get the intended results in a fairly short amount of time, i noticed this after noticing that my hair started growing out faster that my sister’s, because for so many years my sister always had longer hair than me through my childhood so that made me happy.Sadly After a few weeks though i had to stop taking it because it was giving me headaches and causing facial break outs like pimples(some were even painful to the touch) but this product DOES work and i will not deny that. My body just could not handle taking it on a regular basis, maybe these side effects will not affect other people since everyone’s body reacts to new things differently.
Growing out my Eyelashes~
Eyelash Growth Serum by Sieva
These are straightforward products are basically made to help with the growth, length and thickness of your eyelashes, but this product can also be effective on your eyebrows as well!. This is a once a day formula, so if your forgetful like me, it would be wise to set some notes aside to help you remember to use this before bed, or after waking up.
Core ingredients in this product are Panthenol, for stronger lashes,Hyaluronic Acid to promote blood flow, and Vitamin E for length and thickness.
As for my results, although the start was pretty slow, i did not notice to much of anything until the end of the month came to an end, but that's okay because i can safely say that this product DOES WORK. at first though i could only see results on my left eyelashes which was okay because at least it helped me gauge the growth progress overall, by the end of the month i could tell that my eyelashes grew about a inch, though it was difficult to tell because my eyelashes do not naturally curl, but instead grew straight out so no one could tell that i even had eyelashes to begin with. Now you can see my eyelashes although not as prominent its obvious because now you can see the noticeably longer lashes near the outer corners of my eyes, i'm guessing because of the length they have also decided to curl as well which makes me happy because now you can actually see that i have eyelashes. And on a side note, i did not however notice too much of a change in thickness as i did to the actual length, but i'm sure time will help with this process. Also although the directions say to apply to the top eyelashes only, i have also used it on my bottom eyelashes as well, and have noticed drastic length in thoes areas as well. Another note for thoes who do not use eye make-up on a regular basis, you may not be accustom to cleaning your eyelash line, but i recommend learning to do so, because i have noticed after some time that the product can potentially build up, if you keep applying without cleaning your lash lines first. This for me has caused progress to come slower, especially since dust and such is more likely to stick and build up with it also.
As for the Lash Enhance Serum from Asana Beauty--
The ingredients are, Water, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Propanediol, Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1, Hyaluronic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin E, Carbomer, Triehanolamine, Phenoxyetanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, and Hexylene Glycol.
I have noticed a much faster growth rate (I assume its because of the Experience i gained from learning to keep my lashline clean before use, as well as using argan oil to keep my lashes moisturized since the formula is only to be used on your lash line and not your eyelash tips and such). After about 2 weeks i noticed increased thickness from my left lashes, and especially my bottom lid lashes, i pretty much had only about 4 or so stray lashes on my bottom lids, now i have double that and although you cant tell because they are pretty far apart from each other, there are a lot more than they were a few weeks ago. And its now to the point where i can't use false lashes anymore because my real lashes would constantly get in the way making it pretty difficult to place the false lashes over them, which is great with me because i don't enjoy wearing false lashes anyway.

Review: LED Hat Light + LED Work Light/Flashlight
I have recently gotten these two nice flashlights to review recently, since these are pretty straightforward products this review will be short and to the point.
The one to the left is a hatlight, with 11 LED’s. This hat light can be used for a multitude of purposes when it comes to seeing in dark areas like camping, fishing, hunting, home renovations and more. This product also runs on small batteries.
Although i’m not one to go fishing or hunting, i still found this light to be useful in my daily life. during the winter and stormy days my house is very susceptible to power outages, and 9 times out of 10 we will stay in the house with no power instead of going to a hotel or something, so this light would be made to good use around and outside my house at night.
At first i was a bit disappointed because when i found some batteries to try them with, the light was very, very dim to the point where i would even go as far as to say that this hat light was useless, but i got curious and wondered if it was because of the batteries, and so i went to the store, bought new batteries and swapped the old ones out, and unfortunately to my poor retinas surprise but my overall happiness, it was indeed VERY VERY bright for such a small hat light!, totally worth it!. Side note: don’t limit to just caps this will also work if your the type to wear headbands also!.

The one on the right is an actual work light, it has an adjustable hook so you can hang this guy anywhere where a hook will fit in!.
This is the one i truly fell in love with because it has two areas that can be used as a work light/flash light, one side is the bottom and its pretty narrow so that you can easily focus the light onto a specific area or spot, and then you have the long flat front side, this can be used when you want the flashlight to cover more of an area, make sure not to flash this to close to anyones eyes because of the range, size and brightness, you will easily get blinded by light from this light. Its supper convenient for any activity that requires light in dark areas.
Personally i have begun using this work light every day during the night to draw in my sketchbook, this way i won’t bother anyone else who is asleep with the ceiling light in the rooms,so this work light makes me feel very lucky to have one.

Review Post: Bentonite Indian Healing Clay + Earth Ocean Clay Mask + Orange Blossom Water Toner + GoPure Naturals Rosehip Oil + Radha Tea Tree Oil
This is Bentonite Indian Healing Clay! its used as a face mask to help detoxify and cleanse your face by pulling toxins out of your skin as it dries! Its main ingredient is Sodium Bentonite and contains no additives it also a therapeutic grade and is very high quality!
The recommended use it every day for at least a week or two to see benefits but honestly i saw a huge difference in 2 days, my skin looked soo much smoother and more radiant, usually my skin looks very dull and dry but after using this clay my skin looked a lot better, my pores also shrunk and the skin around my cheek area is still lightening up you can barely notice the unevenness now, the effect of this clay tends to last up to 2 days, but after using it for almost a month, i have yet to see my skin look dull anymore even when i stopped using it for about a week my skin continued to look vibrant and clear.
After a while though it does start to get repetitive having to put the mixture together (use a plastic spoon to mix with water and keep adding water until the clay isn't so dry and difficult to use) so i have come up with a way to reduce the amount of time each day, and that's by putting some in a small plastic ziplock bag and mixing the water in with it to preserve it so that i can use it for a few days before creating another mixture and boy did it save me a lot of time!, recently i have also gotten my hands on some Orange Blossom Water toner, and instead of plain water i mixed in the Water Toner instead with a drop of peppermint oil and although its a bit difficult to remove if you use too much (like caking it on your face like i do) and i swear i think i created some kind of magical facemask because after using the mask my face looked amazingly hydrated it felt so smooth and soft like velvet, and smelled very nice as well, my skin looked EVEN more healthy and hydrated for longer periods of time (up to a week now) and i love it!.
One time i was not watching what i ate and drunk and decided to splurge on some soda and after a few days 3 pimples formed on my face, i was so depressed but i knew i was the only one to blame, but i decided to use this clay mask that night and after 2 days the pimples were non existent, because they clay pretty much sucked the pimples off my face, it left a dark spot there but after using the clay the next day the dark spots disappeared! i don’t i know where the pimples were before anymore.

This is another type of face mask But unlike the one mentioned before this one is premade! meaning all you have to do is open it up and put it on your face!. this one is made with premium sea ocean ingredients such at Sea Kelp, Seaweed, Spirulina, Aloe and Grape Seed Oil.
Applying this one is not only super easy but its also very easy to remove which is a huge bonus for those who don’t like standing over a sink for 30minute trying to remove a product from your face. its very Gentle and has a nice soft scent. and i love that when it dries up on your face, it feels like soft egg shells.

This product is amazing. i have used it in my mixtures to keep my hair healthy by mixing it with coconut oils, tea tree,lavender, and peppermint oils. i have also used this product to hydrate my hands and feet, which are usually pretty rough but after trying this product for almost 2 weeks, i have noticed that my feet are less dry, they look more healthy and even my nails are starting to look more healthy. i have also used this in my DIY mixture of argan oil and coconut oil to keep my eyelashes healthy and to grow them out. This Tea Tree Oil is 100% pure and natural from the leaves of Melaleuca Alternifolia Tree, thats native the Australia. It can be used for Acne, Dandruff, yeast infections, cold sores, skin tags, ringworm and a lot of other uses. Its also great for massages, soothing sunburns, and reduce and sooth rashes.
Honestly i mistook this for something like Argan Oil because i have never heard of tea tree oil before so i was in for a surprise when i smelled the bottle after opening it. But it do like it i was actually quite surprised though, because i expected the scent to be as strong as peppermint oil, but found that it was actually not that overbearing which is nice! but because of this i overestimated the scent because my sister decided to sprinkle a few drops around the room and it caused me to have 2 straight days of a headache because the scent got pretty strong since she used a lot. Lesson Learned..
But i have made good use of it outside of just using it as an air freshener. I have used it along with my DIY hair and skin moisturizer which works great, and i have also used it on my damp blankets before putting them in the dryer after washing them, and when while they were drying my entire house smelled lightly wonderful of tea tree oil because the scent traveled through all of the vents in the house.
I Have also found a nice use for it when it came to insects, since its summer we tend to attract ants and other creepy crawlies. So i ended up sprinkling this stuff into a spray bottle with water and alcohol and spraying it around the trouble areas of the house twice a day. I started only seeing about 3-4 ants a week now, and they also stayed away from the sink and garbage since using this stuff.

Usually after taking a shower i would have to use like 2 coats of any lotion just to keep my skin from getting dry and irritated, but after using this soap for about 4 days i was able to reduce the use of too much lotion after taking a shower which made me so happy, now i can safely use 1 light coat of lotion after, and it also leave a very nice scent even after as well, my family would often ask if i was wearing perfume or something after taking a shower, and then they would find out that it was the soap. But because my family loved the smell and how my skin felt after using it they all started using it as well . Good thing i keeped it hidden for 2 days so that i could get a proper chance to try it out myself to be able to write this review because the soap was gone within a week.

I have begun using this product almost 3 weeks and personally found it to be very effective!, Its aim is to rejuvenate your hair skin and nails from the inside out to minimize the use of other products like Facial Serums, Creams and other topical products that claim to do the same thing (except from the outside)

This product is basically an Essential oil that is 100% PURE that means there are no additives and its all natural! like many essential oils peppermint can be used in many ways, personally i use this product on a daily basis because i like it that much i have used it to create my own DIY lip balm, i have diluted it in carrier oils such as Coconut as well as Argan Oil to keep my skin (especially my face) hydrated, this method works especially during the winter when my skin becomes so dry it literately absorbs anything that it thinks is water and itches like crazy, the peppermint is wonderful because its natural properties causes a soothing effect when applies to the skin

I Highly recommend this product for anyone interested in trying a natural alternative for the things i mentioned above but as a warning i would try to learn how to handle Peppermint oil or any other essential oil before opening the bottle and go all trigger happy with using it , be careful of how much you use!,the first time i had tried using essential oils i had accidentally used too much (like 3 drops..) and it was so strong that i had trouble keeping my eyes open the entire afternoon and into the night, and since the oils are pretty absorbent, using a towel to try and wipe some of it away was nearly impossible and adding water to try and rinse only made it worse, my face felt like someone had took an ice bag and taped it on. But over time it became more and more easy for me to learn how much to use over time!

Midori Spring Organic Green Matcha Tea (Ceremonial Grade)

I LOVE THIS CANDY (probably the sugar talking here) I have eaten ALOT of gummy type candies in my life but i have never tried anything like this before (not very used to change when it comes to sweets), and its exactly what the name implies, its literally a bag of gummies with random shapes in it from dino’s cars, mail boxes, cats, birds, planes and pretty much anything else you can thank of, its probably in the bag! i’m currently subbed to their amazon subscription to have these candies sent to my house every month (although you can get these from your local stores but i’m lazy like that sometimes). Now this part here for those who have no idea what Retiinol is. Retinol is a fast acting type of Vitamin A, a diterpenoid as well as an Alcohol, that is convertible to other forms of vitamin A. its core use is to speed up cell turnover (kill off your skin cells faster, i know that sounds bad but trust me its a natural occurrence that keeps our skin as healthy as possible) to even up skin tones and smooth the skin.
I want to start by saying that i love this product, its very light and this is something that i find important because most lotion or cream type products tend to cake onto my face ,despite the fact that my skin is naturally very dry and dehydrated most of the time,you would think that my skin would at least try to take in as much moisture as possible when using creams and lotions, and then some products proceed to make my face look oily and unclean like it desperately needs to be washed (AGAIN...).
Not only is it light(Maybe a bit too light sometimes i have to put on 2 coats only around my mouth area and below the corners of my nose or the area will start looking a bit chapped), its also very gentle on my face, and gives my face a more hydrated look that lasts well into the next day(i only use the product at night before bed), its not quite the same for some parts of my face though, the skin around my mouth tends to look somewhat dry and flaky the next morning though, as well as small areas around my nose, but i think that's the product working because after washing the next day and the day after and so on, throes areas started looking less and less flaky and dry, as well as more radiant and healthy.
This product is something that i would recommend if you are looking for even skin tone as well as more vibrant and healthy looking skin.

This is a product that for me started to work right away. Usually whenever i wash my face no matter what soaps or oils i used to clean my face as best as i can, it would always look really dull and faded i’m not quite sure why but i’m just going to assume its a genetic problem. But its still a problem for me when it happens, i feel as though no matter what i use to cleanse my face it will always turn out looking dull even after using a simple lotion (often a non facial specific lotion). But as soon as i used this serum within minutes my face started going from looking dull to looking very radiant, and over time some patches on my skin started to lighten up to give my face more of an even tone look (which is something that i have been struggling with for years), i almost can’t see the spots that were very uneven on my face too much anymore, and i can’t wait to see the long term results as well.
The only problem i had with this product is that i tend to use these type of products throughout the day and, can’t really use this too often in one day without washing my face each time, if i use it throughout the day without washing my face before hand each time, the serum will just start to cake up on my face giving it a small oily look, and i can even rub the serum off my face using my hands on accident when i catch myself holding my face in my palm when i’m tired sitting down at a table or desk.
But this product does do what i claims and that’s enough for me to make sure i keep this product on hand for myself.

But seriously, do make sure there is food in your stomach before you eat this, i have not had any side effect problems taking this but one things for sure that happens is if i’m already hungry when i take this, and proceed to not eat anything, my stomach would start crying until i do eat something. But thats just me everyone’s body works differently.
The main active ingredients are, Raspberry Keytone Extract (4% - 300mg), Caffeine Anhydrous (100mg), and a proprietary blend of Apple Cider Vinegar,Kelp, Acai Fruit, African Mango, and Resveratrol Extract, so as you can see, these ingredients are mainly natural ingredients so its completely safe for basically everyone to take, especially if you don’t like the thought of taking any supplements that claim to be as healthy as possible, but yet uses 99% artificial ingredients or chemicals.

Coconut Oil - Review
I have to say i was skeptical before trying out this product, i expected the oil to make my skin look shiny/oily after using it but i was genuinely surprised to see that it did not leave my face looking oily at all! i was soo happy because it made my skin feel so soft and on top of using it after toning my face it retained a very nice and healthy glow to my face!, every so often i would find myself rubbing my face because of how amazingly smooth and soft it felt!. As for my hair it managed to keep my hair moisturized after washing it, instead of drying out within a day like most hair moisturizing products usually do, and i did not have to worry about the oils in my hair ruining my pillow cases or blankets. And i was also happy to finally be able to use my lavender and Peppermint oils on my skin without the irritation that usually comes with it, after applying the lavender and coconut oils to my skin it was left with a very nice and soothing feeling for nearly 3 hours after i applied it!
