What happens after the heroes win?

Homestuck: Postscript is a small and chill slice-of-life 18+ group Homestuck Discord roleplay. Set six years after the events of the Homestuck webcomic, the dead trolls from the game have returned to life, and with them has brought ample drama... and problems on the horizon.

Literacy is expected (but not multi-para), and so is a good amount of fun! This server is not epilogue compliant, though people are allowed to steal things from the epilogues if they wish.

Postscript is based around character-driven server-wide events for plot development and growth. Characters from the dream bubbles have returned to life, an ectobaby boom in the past 25 years has given birth to a new generation of people on Earth C, the Condesce is back amongst the living, and there's danger lurking just beyond the corner...

This Discord server uses Tupperbox for characters (unless you only have one or choose not to), and has both group Pesterchum chats, private ones, and plenty of longer-form text roleplaying opportunities! We use threads for 1x1 chats, text roleplaying threads, group chats, and more.

Jake English’s very exclusive New Year’s Eve bash kicks off with a bang! Vriska and Terezi show up, bringing Haley (dressed as the Condesce herself) and her friend Harry Anderson, who proceeds to livestream the party to his followers. Vriska and Feferi get into a bit of a spat involving Porrim, who they both have their eyes on - and Feferi and Porrim end up hooking up in the bathroom. Eridan and Nepeta make their quadrant situation official (and more complicated!) by pailing at Jake’s estate with Gamzee apparently watching.

Jake, Damara, and Meulin smoke a little, while Aranea, Terezi, Vriska, and Equius discuss Flarping and how things have changed. Jade meets Haley and realizes Haley is her ectodaughter, then meets up with a very drunk Karkat and stumbles upstairs… only for things to get messy in the guest room. Then, the group ends up snowed in… and after the party, Vriska and Terezi make their moiraillegance a bit messier too and end up pailing.

After, someone makes things weird by inviting every troll to an NSFW memo. Vriska begins developing pitch feelings for Feferi after their little spat at the party, while Feferi plays auspitice between Eridan and Nepeta, who are vacillating between pitch and flush. Jade and Karkat avoid each other, until finally reaching out to each other and admitting they have feelings for each other (something they’re currently not sharing with their roommate!) Meanwhile, Jade also begins developing a requited pale crush on Rose.

On the other side of things… Feferi “agrees” to side with the Condesce, who also reaches out to Aranea, Equius, Eridan, and Vriska to attempt to get them to side with her. She also reaches out to Jane, but gets Jane’s new AR, courtesy of Lil Hal, and decides to kill Jane - promising Feferi that if she kills Jane, she will ascend to godhood and take Jane’s power.

As time for the final confrontation with the Condesce nears… one can only wonder, what more chaos is around the bend?

==> RECAP THE LAST FEW WEEKS.

We pick up in no specific place, as many things happen over the course of a few weeks: the rest of the Alternian trolls join the memo, and Kankri makes a memo for the Beforans who have revealed themselves (with so far only a handful being unaccounted for, including Meenah.) Sollux moves into the Troll Kingdom household after being invited by Karkat, Eridan is scammed by Vriska and a girl she met on Quadr named Haley into thinking Vriska’s still into him, Hal is pieced back together by Dirk (and then ends up agreeing to make an autoresponder for Jane.)

Then in the relationship department: Nepeta and Eridan fall into a pitch relationship, Feferi and Kanaya become moirails, Gamzee and Equius begin a pitch-flush relationship, Davepeta flirts with Karkat, and Vriska develops a pale crush on Roxy.

On the other side of things: Feferi is contacted by the Condesce, who attempts to sway her to )(er side, and implies that there’s something worse brewing on the horizon, and tells her to meet up with the Condesce when she’s ready, which Feferi does, and the Condesce confirms that Lord English is likely on Earth C… and that, as a Witch of Life, Feferi has control over life itself even if she never godtiered.

Aranea suggests offering up the concept of the Ring of Life existing on Earth C to the Condesce to lure her out, which Karkat confirms is in fact on Earth C with Calliope. Sollux and Karkat argue, while Aranea and Vriska make plans to use their Light powers to try and tackle the Condesce together - parly as revenge for Aranea’s death in the pre-retcon timeline. Spurred on by trying to find Lord English, Gamzee and Terezi fall back into pitch feelings.

But it’s also the holidays, and Christmas comes and goes, leaving New Year’s Eve on the horizon. Jake English offers up his estate for a New Year’s Eve party. But what could come of that except fun and cheerful times, right?

……RIGHT?
