Hey, y'all, I know a lot of y'all have reblogged this post out of amazement at the skill of that pitcher for catching that ball.

That pitcher is Jose Fernandez, and unfortunately he passed away last night in a boating accident. He was only 24.

We lost a wonderful talent last night way, way, way too soon.

#Also reblogging this because I am.#I was #I guess I have to say I was now?#Such a fan of Jose Fernandez.#I'm a Braves fan? But he was my favorite player.#He brought such life and happiness and pride to what he did.#And I am going to miss watching him play so damn much.

#Christ guys.#Ansel didn't say CLEARLY SHE NEEDS A MAN TO PROTECT HER.#He said (which I absolutely agree with him on) How did no one notice some random ass guy walking up to her.#Not her boyfriend. Not a SECURITY GUARD #You know.#The people she PAYS to keep this shit from happening?#I'm proud as fuck of her for standing up for herself.#But you would think that the people she pays to keep her safe?
