Late night snack!! 🥨
What snack would you eat right now? Although at this time (almost 12 am) I am craving something savoury and spicy like ramen, fries, chips and chocolate 🍫 but because all these snacks are high in sodium, sugar and are processed I should avoid eating these. Instead I can eat a few almonds and cashew or any homemade snack. Or I can just drink some water and sleep 💤
