this might be hard to hear sometimes but I think its important to realise that we are responsible for our own actions, regardless of your mental illness.
yes sometimes we will do impulsive things that hurt other people accidentally becuase of our ADHD but it's not fair to ourselves (or even really anyone else) to turn around and blame ADHD for that.
I know it's hard but learning coping mechanisms for our emotions and avoiding taking them out on other people as well as taking accountability for our mistakes is so important when it comes to bettering ourselves our relationships.
